Secondly, it placed utilities at 7k, that is: water, electricity and gas ... Assuming that the gas there is cooking gas, I don't know how many kg you use in a month, but for me, that 7k will prolly cover just that, NEPA bills due to the increased tariff is prolly more than that, unless ofcourse you have a prepaid meter in your house, so it isn't feasible...

I could go on and on, but the fact is that, 62k cannot give one the barest minimum level of comfort in Nigeria, considering the strength of the current economy ...
