Abeg it has been over four month now ma diamond bank is enable to recharge ma line through their short code which includes all active customers cos you said yellow acct only. So am wondering if now its only yellow acct holders that can recharge through their mobile .. Even I tried using ma ATM.. The bank keeps on MisYarning. Anyone here witnessing the same....??
