My colleagues in the making, many are called but few are choosing, yet only the fittest survive. We started will many, but today most of us have bid this forum bye bye. I urge the rest of us to keep the fire burning and remain hopeful that is going to be in our favour. Thumbs up guys, keep it up. |
RC, SSC and DSSC means the same as far as I am concern. I stated applying immediately after secondary school, RC, after graduating I applied for SSC (a number of times), now I applied for DSSC and I got to the board for the first time. Do u think I care, I desire to be a khaki man and by His grace it shall come to past. Once I get in, the rest will follow. All the best Sirs. |
Difference Between Civilian Friends & Military Friends? CIVILIAN FRIENDS: Get upset if you are too busy to talk to them for a week. MILITARY FRIENDS: Are glad to see you after many years; and will happily carry on the same conversation you were having last time you met. CIVILIAN FRIENDS: Never ask for food. MILITARY FRIENDS: Are the reason you have no food. CIVILIAN FRIENDS: Call your parents Mr and Mrs. MILITARY FRIENDS: Call your parents Mum and Dad. CIVILIAN FRIENDS: Bail you out of jail and then tell you what you did was wrong. MILITARY FRIENDS: Would be sitting next to you saying, 'Mate...we stuffed up ...but wasn't that fun!' CIVILIAN FRIENDS: Have never seen you cry. MILITARY FRIENDS: Cry with you. CIVILIAN FRIENDS: Borrow your stuff for a few days then give it back. MILITARY FRIENDS: Keep your stuff so long they forget it is yours. CIVILIAN FRIENDS: Know a few things about you. MILITARY FRIENDS: Could write a book with a shed full of direct quotes from you. CIVILIAN FRIENDS: Will leave you behind if that is what the crowd is doing. MILITARY FRIENDS: Will kick the backsides of whole crowds that left you behind. CIVILIAN FRIENDS: Would knock on your door. MILITARY FRIENDS: Walk right in and say, 'I'm home, do you want a beer!' CIVILIAN FRIENDS: Share a few experiences. MILITARY FRIENDS: Share a lifetime of experiences no civilian could ever dream of. CIVILIAN FRIENDS: Will talk crap to the person who talks crap about you. MILITARY FRIENDS: Will knock the crap out of people who use your name in vain. CIVILIAN FRIENDS: Are for a while. MILITARY FRIENDS: Are for life. CIVILIAN FRIENDS: Will ignore this. MILITARY FRIENDS: Will forward this to their military mates. |
morning this morning, hope u guys are good to go? |
Good night cadets to be. |
aallii:True talk in a jovial manner, a lot of us are going straight to North East after training, while some will be deployed to the Creek, enjoy ur civilian life while it last. All the best......... |
Hope is what keeps us going as human, I am hopeful that this whole delay is in our favour. Some of us here have attitudinal problem, must u reply to every post? This is unbecoming of an Army Officer, u insult ppl at the slightest opportunity, if u continue this way and got enlisted, only God knows how arrogant u ar going to become as an officer. A word is enough for the wise. All the best house. |
Morning house, I smell good news around soonest. |
I hope the long awaited list will be published tomorrow oh, I believe this info at once, can't wait to go and see my vendor as early as possible. All the best house. |
The delay could lead to anything, Nigerian factor could come to play. Men have to be prayerful and remain resolute that all is well. I pray we all make it at the end of the day. In other climes immediately after the screening, you move in for training proper, but we here the reverse is the case, may God help up. |
using the last strength to post this piece, my love for the Army knows no bound, I desire it with all I have. The waiting is becoming something else, moral is fast reducing by the day, I hope at the end of the day we will all have course to celebrate. Keep the fire burning, is well. Congrats in advance cadets. |
Is like moral is at the lowest this weekend, no prediction nothing nothing. Somebody should tell me that the moral is still high pls. Remember winners never quit and quitters never win, is well by His Grace. I hope the killing of Lt. Colonel Abu Ali is not in any way discouraging u from joining the Army? |
The ultimate price. May his soul rest in peace.
|
A father, brother, friend, colleague, senior and role model to many has gone. Your effort shall not go in vain Sir. Rest in peace sir, I pray God to give ur fml the strength to bear this great lost.
