Am very sorry for responding late, I have been quite busy with school work. I already replied your mail. Yes you will still be able to meet up but I will advice you get ready the necessary documents that will accompany your application to avoid time wasting.

I received a lot of mail asking about job; NC is that favorable to students and recently the government just passed a law that foreigner can’t take up a job that doesn’t require qualification (Find the attached copy of the newspaper page below), so no more odd jobs for foreigners legally. NC is only best for studies; my candid advice is to come to NC if you have a good sponsor or sure of fund, to avoid frustration. The education here is perfect and can compete with schools in America or UK.

thnx man, but pls, hw high is the acceptance chance into the skl for international students. i can see studies there is farely cheap. do u knw if all masters programs are conducted in english?. am just asking cos i feel u should knw better since u r a student there.

Just want to help out, as you know I am a student of CIU and was also helped out on this forum.

About Cyprus International University (CIU)

- CIU is now recognized by the Nigeria Ministry of Education (you can confirm from the Nigeria embassy turkey and not quite long signed an agreement with Enugu state Government.

- There isn’t any issue about recognition because I have friends that finished from CIU that are currently doing their NYSC service.

- CIU don’t have age limit for both their Undergraduate and post graduate programs.

- CIU grants automatic 37% scholarship and could increased to 50% or 75% base on academic performance for the undergraduate programs.

- DUAL DEGREE- CIU has partnership agreement with The University of Wolverhampton UK and The University of Sunderland UK, were you can get to transfer in your final year to UK and get to be awarded degree from both CIU and the UK University.

- CIU is also located in the City and not far from the big hotels and industries, so you have better shots at jobs (am not promising any Job).

The thing is that CIU charges €50 application fees (non Refundable), so if you aren’t sure of your coming I will advice you don’t gamble with your €50.

I am neither collecting any money (you pay your application fees and school fees directly to the school) nor charging any kobo. Just forward me your application alongside your documents and telex copy of the payment of the application fees, so I can apply in person for you and do the follow up; from getting the admission letter, getting your name sent down to the embassy and arriving without hassle.

Oga wip, pls for someone wit an hnd willin to do masters, wat will he hv to do to get a placement in emu. He has a 2.1 equivalent in his result. I hope he won't hv to tk some courses again. Also he would be interested in tking up a research assistant job at the skl. Do u think this will be possible?

Yeah, if has really tried for the institution. Fyi, no flight on monday 7th, So most likely 8th for u. But chk in is by 7pm of 7th to fly 2am of 8th

i dont think that o. this is wat the embassy requires. and all skls refer to the same embassy. I was just tell u that cos its like my letter made it easier to knw wat they would mainly like to see. wat skl is urs cos all students i met had there results attested. tho i hv a stubborn friend that didnt even bother to do any of these things. he jusst came all the way from yola, submitted at the embassy and he was still given the transsit visa. well that was probably his luck but just do as the embassy requires.

that was the instruction on my acceptance letter sha. it said i shld tk my attested certificates from ministry of education and foreign affairs to the embassy along with other docs for my visa processing. shikena

ministry of education attends to u frm everyday till 1pm
foreign affairs only attends to u on mondays to wednesday at 8 to 11am
embassy attends to u everyday frm 9am to 1pm then 2pm to 5pm. but they alternate days for aaplication and collection. so u can only apply on mondays and wednesdays to get ur visa on tuesday and thursday. i can't remember wat they do on fridays. Also, dont forget to ask the international office for ur reference number on the list sent to the embassy cos they could tell u ur name isn't there cos they dont want u to waste their time. all the best sha.

Wzup teslim, i think we met at the ministry. Told u i got into ciu instead. Just wonderin cos the way u mk ur posts seem like the way u talk. I hope am right sha. U wore white that day and there was this grl that did attestation for a friend in south cyprus. Isn't it?
