It has got to the notice of the NPA management that some applicants has been SCAM for this recruitment while some has also been deceived by some hidden NPA staffs extorting money from the applicants and promising them of this Job. My sister applied through a supposed contact person in the HR Dept who claims to have a slot in this on-going Recruitment and she committed some financial resources. However the SMS she just received was quite different from what I have read people say they got. Am beginning to suspect foul play here. See the msg attached below:

Both senior and junior cadre, some people will get text messages and others will receive calls. This is the first stage, if u scale through dis stage, the next will be physical fitness test-- once u pass this one then it will be congratulations all the way..

for Senior Cadre is a text message while for jounior Cadre is Call first then follow by text message the selection is 7 candidate per state 2 senior officers and 5 jounior Officers per state the Fitness and medicals will be done immediately after the interview, any one got SMS is very Lucky because the selection was highly competitave, whereby even a Director of a Department nearly Lost his Job but the management Later forgive him, Kudos for all the Luckly Candidate who got sms, Please if you didn't get sMS for interview is not the End of world, I know it pains but believe anything happens for a reason in Life, May God see us through and God bless you all

Hello guys, the truth of the matter is, nobody ever received any text messages or a call from NPA in respect of the recruitment. Promotion and replacement is what is going on in NPA. But they are doing replacement secretly in some areas, not in Fire Service area. But they will soon get back to us. I do hope we will emerge victorious.

mr man please stop passing wrong information NPA has been through with Promotion of staffs since Last week and many Jounior Applicants Firemen receive a phone call today from NPA (phone interview) but not including Senior Applicant yet that's Fire Service Personel, that call was the first stage of Interview. Anyway, sir we are not fighting or arguing. D NPA board is representing Fed Govt. They are the Fed Govt itself concerning the activities of NPA. The Fed Govt here in NPA is d board. All these issue of salary, recruitment u mentioned is within their decisions. Just that most times, the presidency interferes & influence their decisions because d were appointed by d presidency. Why u re seeing d board as being different from FG is that d current board was appointed by the out-gone govt (PDP) and now we have new govt (APC). Just that the two parties hate & oppose each other. If Nigeria is a country that has succession & continuity plan, we shldn't have been experiencing these delays. Remember this is the first time we are experiencing change in govt & the new govt (presidency) has been staved/hungry for power for a long time. They will see it as opportunity to show their power by interfering in decisions of d board which was appointed by their oppressors (PDP).
So, my brother, d cause of this delay is that d decisions of d board on this particular recruitment (Long Awaited List) did not favour the NPA Management. They want to use the new govt against d board to see if there will be a shake-up in d List.

That's the management or ask yourself why do we have a Chairman after MD in NPA the MD is the management while the Chairman is the Fed. Level that reports to Government. Chief Tony Anineh is the Chairman of NPA while Sanusi Ado bayero is the New MD so u are talking of 2 different people with different position so the recruitment will be conducted with new MD Sanusi ado bayero that is if the New government didn't change him too but there is a rumour circulating the management that the Chairman of NPA chief Tony anineh will be change immediately after the swearing in of the New government because they said he was Anti-APC during the Presidential election battle

I Quit talking before on NairaLand because some people Lack the ethics of talking on Air but let me talk for the sake of my unanimous good friends that talk with discipline and public Conduct, In regards to NPA fire service recruitment The management Board have put everything on hold till after the Swearing in of our New Elected President and please for our information we Applicants there is no any names have been compiled there is no any Lists at hand and the management have desolve the committee holding the recruitment and all names send by the Out going First Lady has been rejected and bounce back to FG so the managemt is working with the New Governmt decision. And to those that once said they got a message to come for Documentation...Lol hope they have starting working by now. (Sorry be una Name). Every body has the right to believe whatever information he hears but One thing we should all learn is to Confirm information and how Reliable it is before we pass it out. I applied for SOII have taken the exam b4, got 62%. But this morning I decided to check my score again but there was no review this time around, my page was as if I hvnt taken d test b4, I clicked take test and to my suprise d question came, but dis time around my exam title was for Data Management, I continued and got 65% this time around and an email was sent to me immediately. Note: the one I scored 62%, no email was sent to me and I saw d score by clicking on review. Please what could be the problem? I know I sent multiple applications then because I was trying to get an acknowledgement email, all applications were successful but I still didnt get d mail. My surprise is that all my applications were for SOII, how come they placed me on Data Management? Is anyone with me?
