Now let me clear the Air for you guys , the selection was based on federal character system it was not NPA that give the quota it was from federal character, NPA only select the successful candidate but the quota of number of applicants pick for each state was a directive from federal character so that's why u see selection was somehow not fair but it was fairly because some states didn't pick anyone while some was 2 while some 3 , so if anyone is not pick from your states is not from NPA but from federal character commission but I have a friend from Edo state he was the highest in the overall exams conducted by WAEC he scored 96% but hardluck for him there was no Bsc graduates quota for his state so he wasn't pick. So my brothers and sisters this recruitment is a thing of God and destiny if you didn't get just don't blame anyone believe is not your destiny and keep on pushing definitely oneday God will see you through, I have applied for many Jobs since 2010 I graduated from university, some I have all the connections but at the end I won't make even some like FAAN I wrote exams for some of my friends at the end they got the Job and I didn't make it but I didn't worried myself I believe in destiny so i know my own will come oneday. So my brothers and sisters keep on pushing and pray hard God will bring yours oneday I miss you guys and please if there is anyone I have offended on this trend please forgive me and I have forgive those who offended me . You were never part of the meeting because no meeting heard in Abuja, the meeting that heard parterning this fire service recruitment was in lagos at Marina, npa head office, 6th Floor HR office by 12:15 pm yesterday with the HR and the board members and if you claim to be a board member that attended the meeting then how come you an Applicant too,

I don't raise abuses on you is against my ethics to insult people i dont know. I only said you shut kept your mouth shut was because most people who pass wrong information was because they don't have hope or wasn't successful on the run , base on the paste information they have been posting on this thrend is still on this trend people told us different things. Some said they have gone to training ,while some said they gave testimonies in church they have gotten this Job. why don't you keep your mouth shut if you have anything to say must you come to spread lies who told you the recruitment will be cancelled please stop spreading what you dont know and learn to keep your mouth shut if you don't have anything to say is better than lairing to people, the new MD is reshuffle her cabinet appointing her PA and SA and having meetings with various Department she hasn't even start any paper work yet and things you should know this recruitment is Approved from the ministry not the management and nobody can stop it because offer letters are already typed . all the MD need to do is acknowledged and signed the salary scheme that is what is causing the delay because the moment you collect your offer letter your salary has start counting so is an outflow of cash to the management so just because you don't have hope or your name wasnt among doesn't mean you should start coderming it the delay can't cause it to be cancelled, the fire service department are shortage of staffs and need to be replaced urgently. Npa will call any moment from now . Our patients shall never go in vain #Inshaallah

PLEASE NOTE: you people should stop telling NPA staffs that federal character commission are telling applicants of there names because is becoming an issue now in the headquarters at Marina, the lists is strictly confidential which Federal character commission are not in any reason to disclose the names to there successfully Applicants but due to kindness of some states chairman they disclose to there successful Applicants that give them a call which is against the ethics of there Job but please we should learn to do things in a matured manner just because your state confirm your name doesn't mean you should tell any NPA staff that your name is on the lists keep it to yourself until NPA Contact us soonest ,they are sorting some financial issues with the medicals centres for our medicals. This message is not true a applicant was drove out today by the security operatives at NPA, head quater , Marina Lagos. saying he got a message and come to receive his offer letter when the security operatives contact the HR office they management said they new nothing in regards to his text message so they drove him out but from the confirmation I make from federal character commission of my state in Abuja, he said 5 applicants per state has been submitted to them by NPA management for final selection and any moment from next week Applicants will be contacted and the training camp is starting next month at Apapa, Lagos. but regarding to the text message above is not true but from confirmation names has already been finally selected (1 b.sc, 2 S.s.c.e ,1Ond and 1 N.C.E ) so definitely next week everyone will definitely know his or her faith #MayGodhelpusall

I don't know what do people gain by spreading a Lair but But May be there is another NPA in another place that gave him his appointment letter but not this one in Nigeria, One thing people should understand is that this recruitment is a thing of destiny and God, just put that in your mind , if is your destiny to get this Job i swear nothing can stop it and if is not your destiny I swear go and get connection from president something, somewhere may happen along the way, so let's just be prayerful and patient keep our fingers crossed soonest NPA recruitment will be a thing of the past #MayGodhelpusall

my brother Nepotism is a norms to Nigeria recruitment which nobody can change it because GEJ Administration makes Nepotism to be norms of every federal recruitment done in Nigeria "you can't control what you can't change it has been the order of the day"and was worster during GEJ time and now ìt still continued now SSS started training last week Wednesday, FIRS recruited 250 applicant they did induction last month 95% of the slots where given to Oga at the top and where we're you when Godwin Emefeile secretly recruited 100 Applicants at CBN when all the slots where given to Atiku,police IG, Saraki daughters and Federal Government did nothing about it and FAAN successful Applicants are starting training tomorrow 15th I applied but was screen out after exams because of Nepotism( I dont, have Oga the top) they share 95% of the slots to dem dem so my brother forget about Nepotism because nothing can change it, I wish all my friends that we took FAAN exams and finally collected there offer letter a successful training till end I believe it wasn't my destiny that's why I wasn't among you so May God help u guys scare through, For my NPA Applicants before sallah we will received our text message for offer letters Insha Allah may God bless you all

Mr brother am not exchanging any words am just trying to correct him and I don't even bloody care of passing my information to him since I don't even knows him before and I don't beg him to believe me. If u want to communicate with me wattsapp me on 08099448140 but if anybody tell u all the people invited for interview will be all pick is a Lair (but I pray they call everyone ) the total number of Applicants text was about 390 Applicants and Number of Applicants present was about 238 Applicants but number of Applicants needed to be recruited is about 150 to 200 Applicants overall so how on earth do u think they can call all when some states even has 5 Bsc applicants for interview. Adamawa graduates were not excluded they were absentees at the Interview Zone. The 2 Bsc graduates they shortlisted for Adamawa, Taraba and Borno States were absents so they thick there names and conducted interview for the only present states

This is an important notice to all those applicants that have lost there exams slip and are about to do there interview in Lagos, don't worry just come with any form of valid identification like your voters card then make sure you have received your text message for the then you will be accepted but if u didn't received text message. You maybe highly embarrassed. I wish you all success to my Lagos applicants . I just did my own ystd at Gombe and it was very okay and we were so few, we were 35 altogether 7 Bsc instead of 12, then 13 Diploma and NCE then 19 O level holders . Dont worry my brothers and sisters we will all scale through to the next level INSHA ALLAH.
