I just got an offer from one of the top Nigerian banks as a graduate trainee. I don't know if i should accept or decline it(trusting kdsg). Training starts in a couple of weeks.

We know it's hard...we know the police work is dangerous most especially as a constable because basically they do most of the hard work....but look at the bright side.

I need advice on a final decision from a realistic POV.
My brother is currently in police training school as a recruit to pass out as a constable.

With his degree he also made it to the interview which he performed well, also he is confident that he will make it through with prayers.
The thing now is when he finally gets this KDSG job he doesn't want to contemplate at all to leave the training school for it. He has his reasons for leaving the police force but I told him their pay is about to get better by far. He also said he isn't sure if his papers are going to be upgraded in the force that's why.
Instead of the stressing and all the police wahala he hopes for this KDSG job big time.
Please guys what are your take on this.

note, your cadre must be tally with your interview. even the CBT questions, you mustn't score all in the interview but to score some areas to testify that you did it yourself.
people talked less of the essay which is very vital to remember the major contents you wrote about your admire for the state govt administration. You need just at least like 2 points to show the tally points.
