TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. REGISTRATION: A partnering clients having read through the below condition of service and concluded to Partner should fill an application form “A1” electronically on the website or pick a form from the authorize personnel or any of our office outlets, stating assets of which he has interest from the one company manages and method of payment chosen-either monthly deliver or higher purchase) as best suited.

2. INSURANCE: All assets must be fully insured by clients with a recommended broker before handing over for our management, unless otherwise stated by client.


3. ASSETS GIVEN TO US ON HIGHER PURCHASE :are fully managed by us, we take total responsibly of all repairs, maintenance and replacement of depreciating parts.

4. ASSETS GIVEN TO US ON PERIODIC DELIVER: Maintenance is done from the truck income, and not from another truck income.

5. WORKING/DELIVERY PERIOD: Our tippers work Monday to Friday, and income on Saturday is used for washing and general Maintenance and service, as the office work half day and closes by 2pm .


6. PUBLIC HOLIDAY: We honor public holidays and therefore our Tippers don’t work. This is because our contracting companies that give us requisition of supply don’t work. Therefore, we send at list 24hrs notice to all our investors and Tipper owners of no work no pay.

7. EXEMPTION OF DAYS ON EMERGENCY REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE: Occasionally, there could be a need for urgent repair or maintenance within working hours as it seldom occurs, and the truck must be park in order to avoid a bigger damage to other parts not yet affected; repairs sometimes might take the whole day, to loose out the affected parts, purchase replacing parts, fixing and coupling, every detail of transaction is made transparent to the client or correspondent.


8. DELIVERS: Investors are paid through bank deposit via agreed account given either weekly or monthly depending on client’s choice and most importantly from the income earned from within the period by same asset in question and no cash will be given to any representative without a written approval from authorized personnel.

9. RENEW OF CONTRACT AGREEMENTS: For periodic deliver only, the contract goes as far as 4years but with 6 month renewal.

10. WITHDRAW OF SERVICE: [/b]If the assets on periodic delivery secure a major repair and the investor does not usually give us quick response or failed to make a proper arrangement for the repairs to be immediately done as --when due.We can revoke our agreement in writing to avoid misunderstanding or the truck been abandon at our tarmac for too long of a time.

11. [b]SECURITY AND SAFETY: All truck are advised to be insured on a comprehensive insurance as we have our company managers oversee the movement of all our Trucks anytime and anywhere within our territory of Ibeju Lekki – Ajah axis only.


12. GUARANTY AND TRUST: We display a true and fair view of our transaction to clients on their assets; we adopt a system where the field truck manager gives daily performance report directly to the client mail as he copies the office, the Company accounts department gives weekly report to the client via weekly mailing.

13. We pay only from income realized from the account of each truck for periodic delivery, therefore, our engineers are on standby to immediately carry out urgent repair and back to finish daily schedules and make sure the trucks are working without any delay.

Sponsoring virgin Land to be measured, fix all data beaconing on each layout plot on site, Survey signing and lodging document as current.

STAGES 2:SPONSORING REGISTERED SURVEYED LAND TO GAZETTE
Sponsoring a registered Land to gazette, this appreciates the value of the entire Land up to 300% depending on the infrastructure around the area

STAGES 3: SPONSORING A GAZETTE LAND TO C OF O OR GOVERNOR
CONSENT.
Sponsoring the gazette Land to C of O, this also appreciates the value of the entire Land by more than 1000% percent also depends on the infrastructure surrounding the Land area
BENEFIT:
(a) The sponsor is rewarded with one plot for every six plots he sponsors for survey documentation.

(b) Another one plot as a reward for sponsoring to Gazette/ Excision. (Making 2plots altogether on every 6plot sponsored.

Alternative to buying in cash large portion of excised /gazette Land at high price, investors are advised to sponsor virgin Land not committed to government use, reward return in Land benefit on the investment can then be used for the purpose at which the investor wishes to buy his Land or resell at valuable rate.
