EXEMPTION OF DAYS ON EMERGENCY REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE: Occasionally, there could be a need for urgent repair or maintenance within working hours as it seldom occurs, and the truck must be park in order to avoid a bigger damage to other parts not yet affected; repairs sometimes might take the whole day, to loose out the affected parts, purchase replacing parts, fixing and coupling, every detail of transaction is made transparent to the client or correspondent. 8. DELIVERS: Investors are paid through bank deposit via agreed account given either weekly or monthly depending on client’s choice and most importantly from the income earned from within the period by same asset in question and no cash will be given to any representative without a written approval from authorized personnel. 9. RENEW OF CONTRACT AGREEMENTS: For periodic deliver only, the contract goes as far as 4years but with 6 month renewal. 10. WITHDRAW OF SERVICE: [/b]If the assets on periodic delivery secure a major repair and the investor does not usually give us quick response or failed to make a proper arrangement for the repairs to be immediately done as --when due.We can revoke our agreement in writing to avoid misunderstanding or the truck been abandon at our tarmac for too long of a time. 11. [b]SECURITY AND SAFETY: All truck are advised to be insured on a comprehensive insurance as we have our company managers oversee the movement of all our Trucks anytime and anywhere within our territory of Ibeju Lekki – Ajah axis only. 12. GUARANTY AND TRUST: We display a true and fair view of our transaction to clients on their assets; we adopt a system where the field truck manager gives daily performance report directly to the client mail as he copies the office, the Company accounts department gives weekly report to the client via weekly mailing. 13. We pay only from income realized from the account of each truck for periodic delivery, therefore, our engineers are on standby to immediately carry out urgent repair and back to finish daily schedules and make sure the trucks are working without any delay.
