• To procure mining licenses and permits from relevant government agencies for this venture.
• To liaise with the member of the community in other to ensure peace and conducive environment for the joint venture operation.
• To provide securities for the mining equipment and personnel, at the mining site.
• To be fully involve in site supervision and management.

2. PARTNER INVESTOR COVENANTS

• Provide required fund and required technical crew for the mining work.
• To be part of managing all mining work on site in accordance with municipal and government requirements.
• To be fully involved in marketing of minerals and general monitoring of the project.
• To be Responsible for expenses of variable costs and maintenance of mining equipment.


(3) JOINT RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The parties shall constitute a joint team who shall jointly ascertain the mining ongoing.
• The joint venture shall keep of daily stock of mined mineral to be signed by representative of each party and shared in agreed proportions weekly
