They should have a written & signed agreement specifying the terms of engagement:
- period of the service (one week)
- indemnity from liability & harassment
- use of contraceptives or otherwise
- what happens where the woman gets pregnant? Custody of the child / Waiver of rights.
- need for medical tests before service
- venue of engagement
- duration of engagement per day.
- non-disclosure requirements.
- restrictions of communication between the parties after the agreed period of service.
- etc.
