I’m looking for a budget phone with Amoled display

I have a 45k budget to get a phone and I’ve been doing some ‘research’ to find a very good phone. I am not a fan of the china phones, ironic because that is what my budget can carry . Then I remembered Htc. Nobody mentions it anymore. I checked out the m10 and Desiree 10 and the specifications were very good coating around my 45k budget. So why does nobody mention it anymore? Is the Desiree 10 or m10 worth getting as opposed to Xiaomi or infinix or Huawei or Gionee or Tecno ?

To be honest, i dont like China phones. My dream phone is the Samsung A20 but my budget is 48k and that's not enough. But its enough to get a Huawei y7 prime(on Jumia) or Redmi 8. So which should i get? My criterias are this

1) I'm looking for a phone that is close to Iphone and Samsung in terms of reputatuon

2) Very good screen display

3) Doesn't hang after I've loaded it
