The President of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Samson Ayokunle, has accused the President Buhari-led government of prosecuting a one-sided war against corruption in Nigeria. Ayokunle in an interview with newsmen at the 12th convocation of Bowen University, Iwo in Osun State over the weekend, said the war against corruption appears to be only against those who are not in APC. Ayokunle added that recent actions by the presidency point to the fact that President Buhari turns the blind eye when corrupt acts are carried out by members of his own political party or people that are close to him. “We need to caution the President in particular that the fight against corruption may not be too far away from around him. Those hands that are not right around him, he should be courageous enough to deal with them. The signs that we are seeing, because we are not babies, the handwriting that we are seeing is that he has to, first of all, he should deal with the corrupt persons around him before he will be able to deal with those in distant places. He is doing a good job in that area but he must do more” he said The Christian leader also accused the Buhari-led government of not taking any action to stop the activities of herdsmen in some parts of the country. “On the issue of herdsmen killing all over the country, the President has never done anything tangible and convincing about them. The herdsmen have been ravaging and sacking communities with reckless abandon. It appears that they are above the law. This is quite unfortunate. This administration must address that. These herdsmen have stopped the drums in many homes. Many homes are in sorrow and agony because their breadwinners have been massacred without anybody arresting their killers. I just came from Ancha village in Plateau State, where we had to do a mass burial for 19 people killed by these herdsmen. Up till now, no government official has visited that place. No action has been taken against these marauding herdsmen. Why? If the President is focusing on Boko Haram in the North-East but has not done anything against the killer herdsmen, that is unfortunate, especially when we know that these Fulani herdsmen are from his ethnic clan. He needs to act fast on these herdsmen.” he said Continue reading and click to view photo http://www.onlinemarketthattalk.com/ads/this-politics-your-war-on-corruption-is-one-sided-can-president-samson-ayokunle-tells-president-buhari/ |

North Korea told the United Nations that it will never negotiate the dismantling of its nuclear weapons unless the United States reverses its “hostile” policy. The Deputy UN Ambassador Kim In Ryongtold the General Assembly’s committee on disarmament that the situation on the Korean peninsula “has reached the touch-and-go point and a nuclear war may break out any moment. Unless the hostile policy and the nuclear threat of the US is thoroughly eradicated, we will never put our nuclear weapons and ballistic rockets on the negotiation table under any circumstance,” he said. President Donald Trump has engaged in an escalating war of words with North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un, trading personal insults and threatening to “totally destroy” North Korea if it threatens the United States. US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson however said on Sunday that Trump wanted to avoid war, even though the president said on Twitter that Tillerson was “wasting his time” with diplomacy. “The entire US mainland is within our firing range and if the US dares to invade our sacred territory, even an inch, it will not escape our severe punishment in any part of the globe,”said the North Korean diplomat. The United States and South Korea on Monday began a 10-day joint naval exercise in a fresh show of force against the North, with a US aircraft carrier and two US destroyers taking part. Kim said North Korea will not target any country that does not join a US-led military campaign. “As long as one does not take part in the US military actions against the DPRK, we have no intention to use or threaten to use nuclear weapons against any other country,” he said. A little girl who grew breasts when she was just 2 years and started her period at age 4 is now going through menopause at just 5 years old. Little Emily Dover was born a normal baby and even weighed less than her older siblings did at birth but as the weeks went by, she suddenly began experiencing “exceptional” growth and also suffered from “constant health issues”. At 4 months, Emily was as tall as a 1-year-old. She was still a toddler when she developed cystic acne, breast buds and strong body odour and this left her parents shocked. The first time she saw her period when she was 4 years old, she had no idea what it was and thought she had pooed in her undies. The little child was then taught how to put panty liners on for menstruating. “My foo foo is bleeding,” Emily tells her parents whenever she gets her period. 5-year-old girl grew breasts at 2, started her period at 4 and is now going through menopause at age 5 Within the past 12 months, she has grown hair on her forehead, back and vagina. Now aged 5, she is going through menopause and all the other often distressing side effects that older women experience. Her mum, Tam Dover from Gosford in Australia, told Mirror Online her beautiful daughter is body conscious and aware that she is different from other children her age but she can’t understand why. Recalling the moment Emily started menstruating, Tam, 41, said: “Because she has trouble toileting, she thought she had done a poo in her undies. We used panty liners and it didn’t last more than a day.” She added: “She only had her period again the other day. She hasn’t even had a chance to be a little girl. She’s having to learn how to put panty liners on for menstruating.” She continued: “It’s difficult to explain to her what is happening. She knows she’s different, she knows she’s much bigger than other children. She’s very conscious of her body.” Emily, who weighs around seven stone, was born perfect “in every way”. She was smaller than her older siblings had been at birth. But after just a week, things took a turn for the worse. She became unsettled, started crying out in pain and had difficulty sleeping. She also started growing, rapidly. 5-year-old girl grew breasts at 2, started her period at 4 and is now going through menopause at age 5 Tam, who is also a mum to a 22-year-old and 20-year-old said: “Emily is my youngest child and she was also my smallest baby after birth. She was 8lbs. The child before her was 10lbs. The first week was pretty normal. After that, (things) turned quite bad, she wasn’t sleeping well, was in pain.” She was finally diagnosed with Addisons disease this summer after years of doctor’s trips and tests. The disorder means her adrenal glands don’t produce enough steroid hormones. She also has central precocious puberty – where puberty starts too early in children – congenital adrenal hyperplasia and autism spectrum disorder. And she has sensory processing disorder and anxiety disorder. 5-year-old girl grew breasts at 2, started her period at 4 and is now going through menopause at age 5 When Emily began suffering from constant health issues at four months of age, doctors told the parents that the bouts of sickness and infections was likely a virus contracted at daycare. She also started complaining of painful breasts and stomach cramps and her family was referred to the Pediatric Acute Care Unit at Wyong Hospital. At the hospital, a series of tests were run and Emily’s hormone levels came back as though she was a pregnant woman, according to her mum. “Emily was then 3 years of age; she had breast buds, strega on her legs, excess body hair, and acne,” said Tam, who works in a local public hospital. “Something was very wrong with our little girl.” 5-year-old girl grew breasts at 2, started her period at 4 and is now going through menopause at age 5 Despite the tests, Emily’s conditions were reportedly so complex that medics were unable to give a “definite answer”. She was considered a “diagnostic challenge” by medics and was in “constant pain” from her growth. She was eventually diagnosed with Addisons disease and is due to start her treatment of hormone replacement therapy that is a 3 monthly injection. Tam said: “It is $1,455 (£1,105) per shot, and will throw her into menopause, with all the side effects that 50+ year old women have, and as we are both working, we are not entitled to health care /pension card rebates. So this treatment, along with her other many appointments and therapies, are covered by us solely. We work full time each and each time Emily is sick, it is days off, mostly without pay, as we have exhausted all of our leave entitlements.” 5-year-old girl grew breasts at 2, started her period at 4 and is now going through menopause at age 5 Like other girls her age, Emily wants to wear ball gowns, dress up and run around. But she still struggles to go to the toilet independently. Tam said although she and Matt, a security guard, don’t have a lot of family around them, they are “blessed with some close friends”. “But through this we are mostly alone,” she added. The couple are said to be “at a loss financially”, unable to raise money for all of the treatment their daughter desperately needs. Her parents Tam and Matt, 40, have created a Go Fund Me page to help with her medical expenses. “What we are hoping is to raise some much needed money to get Emily more treatments and to cover the costs of her on going medical care,” Tam wrote. 5-year-old girl grew breasts at 2, started her period at 4 and is now going through menopause at age 5 Since setting up the GoFundMe page a couple of weeks ago, Emily’s family have been approved a health card which will help with the cost of medication. But “it still doesn’t provide access to NDIS (Australia’s National Disability Insurance Scheme) services.” Tam added that, today, her daughter regularly suffers from “very painful” bone growth, sore and itchy breasts and sensory issues. Some days, she wakes up with swellings on her wrists and ankles. Due to her condition, Emily suffers bullying at daycare and will soon have to face “being the different kid” at primary school and her parents fear that already. This Post is from a Naijaloaded user who is going through some serious frustration. He needs your candid advice on what to do. Please help him by dropping a meaningful comments. Thanks! Read below:- This may sound like a story from Nollywood, but it actually happened. I’m in a dilemma. I happen to have a girlfriend (In a serious relationship with her with Marriage in view) whom I care a lot about. I met her early last year. She became close to my heart and I showered her with love and affection. I even introduced her to my parents. Earlier on, my younger brother came to visit me. I went with my babe to pick him up at the car park and we all got talking in the car. We all went out together during my brother’s stay with me. This was in August. About 3 weeks ago, my brother came again. During that time, I happened to be very busy at the office and didn’t have time to see my babe. In fact I couldn’t see her for almost 10 days as I always went to work before 7 and got back home around 10pm. Two Saturdays ago, I had to go to the office. I had earlier promised my babe that i’ll come take her out for the day, but at the last minute, my boss called me and told me that I had to do a few things for her at the office. I had to call her from the office and tell her. She was upset naturally. Thinking i’ll leave the office late, I promised to see her the following day. Luckily for me, I happened to finish what I was doing in the office by 1. I then called her to inform her I was coming over, but she didn’t pick up. I drove down to her house, but she wasn’t at home. I then decided to go home to pick my younger brother and go watch a movie I had been wanting to watch since. Immediately I got home, I noticed a lady’s bag on the table in the sitting room. I was wondering who my brother had brought home to see him yet again. I went to the room and I heard sounds inside. As the door was a bit open, I peeped and what i saw shocked me. There was my brother banging the hell out of my girlfriend!! They were both as Unclad as the back of my hand. The radio inside was on, so they didn’t hear me as I stepped inside gently to peep at the Girl only to find my Girl being banged by my brother. My Girl push him off, My brother too jumped up and they were both looking at me with fear all over their faces. I didn’t know when I attacked the guy (My brother). We both fought like wounded lions while the girl (My girlfriend) tried to separate us. To cut a long story short, I couldn’t dream of staying in the house that Night. I drove off and almost got myself killed out of anger. My girlfriend has been begging me since. She was like she never knew what got over her that day, that she was lonely, and that she came over hoping that she’ll wait till I got home, and both of them started talking about relationships and stuff. Before they knew what they were doing, they had started kissing themselves and then they were making out in bed. This happened about ten days ago. I’ve not gone home since then. I put up with one of my friends, but no one knows i’m with him. The girl has been begging me seriously since then to forgive her. My brother too has been asking for my forgiveness, but I told him that if he likes himself, he shouldn’t try seeing me. Everybody has been calling me to forget about the issue. I’m in Pain. Please what can I do? I need your help people. Anambra state government has reacted to allegations being peddled by IPOB members that military officers in the state have invaded some schools and are injecting students with the monkeypox virus. A statement released by the secretary to the state government, Solo Chukwulobelu, says the military officers were in some schools in Ozubulu in Ekwusigo local government area to carry out free medical outreach. Some mischief-makers created tension in the area by claiming that the soldiers were there to inject the students with the virus. Some parents rushed to the schools to withdraw their wards. The state government says it has contacted the military to put on hold the medical outreach until the residents of the state are fully sensitized. It also advised parents to stop withdrawing their children from schools.
