this whole scenario about clubkonnect is nothing but a scam.. I have purchase data and airtime several time on my account without been credited, and the most painful thing is that you will call their customers line without any response...
am disappointed in them, just yesterday night I buy a data bundle and it show completed without been given data..its high time we patronized another site...my thought

guy forget about yeye instructions, its 1 week now that,they have deducted my money for 2gb Mtn data, nothing show....to make it worst they didn't response to messages on WhatsApp,text and phone call....

the dispute I open on Ali express had been cancel today without sending the phone to Nigeria, and d money been release to the seller... Big Scam site ever....... I was told to go to my local post office and get document to file an appeal, but the post office staff said they can't give a proof for product they didn't received............ beware of aliexpress, dont fall victim's like me ooo

i can now confirm aliexpress is never a fake site,,u can shop online tru aliexpress and get ur package anywhere in nigeria....i later got my phone delivered today after 2month of purchase..thanks

Dude, message the seller and open a dispute on Aliexpress.

Also, check the seller's initial message carefully to be sure you did not read the tracking number wrongly.

It is also possible the seller mistakenly sent you a different tracking number.

Or he did so intentionally to scam you.

Your option now is to message the seller asap. In any case, if this still isn't resolved, make sure you open a dispute on Aliexpress before your protection window expires.

NOTE: YOU also made a mistake, not tracking your parcel early enough. If you did, you would have observed that it was actually shipped to Lebanon from the onset.

i chatted with aliexpress cc, who confirmed my item was shipped to Lebanon instead of Nigeria, she advised i open a dispute against the seller. I did that yesterday and the seller has 4 days to respond if he refuse to respond aliexpress would step in and prob refund me. but let see how it goes.

here is Leban post customer care email....send them your tracking ID and also inform them that a parcel was sent to Lebanon instead of Nigeria, ask them to look it up for you.

the email address is not showing,pls try n write is seperately and indicate if it yahoomail or gmail....or send it to my email

i will advice you follow my steps or u can as well send a message to liban post, they can help u find ur item and redirect it to Nigeria.

I have been trying to open a dispute, its not going tru...and the buyer protections end on the 12 of julym... I have also message the seller asap, I was told to wait for 20more days...am confused
