Let's try and be clinical in our analysis, if we are using oil prices as an economic indices to judge an administration. Have we considered the pros and cons? if fuel price should get to £200 today, with this kind of govt in place, how do you source for forex. this will translate to higher domestic price and we should know the band wagon effect that this will have on the economy. so give or take let's give honour to whom honour is due. |

whichever way we look at the oil price, Nigeria will still have a problem to contend with. high oil price in the world market is equal to high oil price in Nigeria, which will be outrageous in view of subsidy removal. low oil price in the world market is suppose to give us low fuel price in Nigeria, even without subsidy. this government should just quit this excuses and work for the good of the country. |
