I think this RUGA issue should be handled more carefully. The only way the government can convince the locals that they don't have a sinister move is not to force the idea down their throats. Government should only set it up where they welcome them. Rearing of cows is a private business and it should be treated as such. Should government try to enforce the idea on the people that say they don't want it, then government has other plans....
