Yes, they're different organizations. Nirsal PLC (Nigerian Incentives-Based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending), and it is wholly owned by CBN.
While, Nirsal MFB (Nirsal Microfinance bank), and entity of its own.

Personally, I have no info regarding their salary or Remuneration. Besides, it seems to be a silent place because NIRSAL PLC is an initiative of CBN... Maybe their so called "Oath of Secrecy" is the hindrance to the outflow of such informations.

However, I once came across a thread on such informations, someone made mention of their remuneration thou it was dated back in 2020

It depends on the band/level you're given. For instance a band 2 staff (usually entry level) earns about 250k plus monthly while band 4 (usually experienced hires) earns about 420k monthly (net). They also pay staff 13th month salary which is 100% of your monthly salary while performance bonus is paid in June each year.

In addition to that, salaries are increased at the beginning of every year in tandem with the inflation rate of the country for the previous year. The job can be demanding sha, especially if you work at the Country Office. Na Project Office people dey flex pass.

However most of their jobs are contract based but are usually renewable subject to availability of funding by BMZ (German Federal Ministry for Economic Co-operation and Development), the EU and other donors.
