From the picture, I can't see any 8 storey building. From my analysis of that picture, the man was facing down in a pool of blood. He could have been shot on the head and dumped there. RIP

I had an experience 2days ago when I boarded an okada owned by a Nigerian guy.
I noticed that when a police officer stopped us, the bike guy spoke rudely to him
When we left, the bike guy told me that he has Juju that he tied round his waist that no police or area boy can collect money from him. Those guys aqe dangerous

True life story.
