NYSCRe: 89% Of Corps Members Can’t Communicate In English -NYSC by Abmarshalo(m): 10:52am On Oct 12, 2013
I hope GoodLuck Jonathan will be accused as the cause I guess?

naijacenter: Kano State Coordinator of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Mr. Sanusi Abdulrasheed, has lamented that 89 per cent of corps members in the country could neither write good application nor communicate effectively in English Language.

He stated that the majority of the corps members were more at home with the use of “broken English” as a means of communication.

Mr. Abdulrasheed made the disturbing disclosure yesterday in Kano during the passing out parade (POP ) of the present batch of corps members, where he noted that the findings were based on a nationwide research facilitated by the management of the scheme.

He told outgoing corps members: “ I don’t want you to feel insulted, but it is a statement of fact. The management of NYSC noticed one thing in you; that a bulk of you were not communicating effectively in English.

CelebritiesRe: Oyedepo, Dangote, Adenuga To Pay N400m Luxury Tax On Private Jets by Abmarshalo(m): 1:08pm On Oct 09, 2013
£4000 is a chicken change for my Papa Oyedepo.
Hezron Lorraine: According to a story by Encomium magazine, Bishop David Oyedepo, Alhaji Aliko Dangote and Dr. Mike Adenuga are among the top 10 Nigerian billionaires who will pay hundreds of millions of naira annually as luxury tax due to the imposition of a whooping $4,000 luxury tax by Aviation Ministry on private jet owners and operators per departure.

Some of these super rich Nigerians make use of their jets 3/4 times in a week either within or outside Nigeria and for every trip, it's a cool $4, 000 tax. Continue...

From Encomium magazine

According to our sources, among the four jets owned by Bishop Oyedepo (Gulfstream V and G550, Bombardier and Gulfstream G430), he uses three regularly personally and for his missionary work. Thus, his luxury tax annually will be an average of N399 million. Alhaji Aliko Dangote who has three private jets in his hanger will also pay an average of N399 million per annum. Dr. Mike Adenuga, Jnr, whose Falcon 7x and Bombardier jet are used for personal and business purpose should pay an average of N266 million. Governor Rotimi Amaechi and his Akwa Ibom counterpart, Governor Godswill Akpabio would shell out an average of N166.4 million annually. Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor falls into the same category of N166.4 million naira payer. Meanwhile, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, Jide Omokorie and Ifeanyi Ubah would pay an average of N133 million annually, while Jimoh Ibrahim falls within the N100 million category. Furthermore, the richest woman in Nigeria, Folorunsho Alakija would spend N66 million on luxury tax.

Findings by Encomium Weekly revealed that the top 10 private jet owners who would cough millions annually on the new luxury tax are below.

The clash of the titans between the Federal Government and private jet owners reached a crescendo with the imposition of the $4,000 luxury tax on private jet owners and operators per departure. A memo was sent to all private jet operators stating that Nigerian registered private jets would henceforth pay $3,000 for every departure, while foreign registered private jets would pay $4,000.

FamilyRe: His Ex Tricked Him To Pay Her Bride-Price by Abmarshalo(m): 6:02am On Oct 08, 2013
This your post clearly shows how foolish and mentally retarded you and your so called friend are.
Amhappy: Wonders they say shall never end.
A colleague of mine told me his story yesterday.
He dated this girl for 7yrs,starting from senior sec school. During his service year they had a serious quarrel and broke up. Both families were involved.Cause of quarrel, the lady's fam accused him of being the reason while their daughter was not serious in sch,he is already through with school and serving,She dropped out (was doing her HND). This guy walked away.

2yrs later girl reappeared and pleaded for them to start over again. He gave in since he still loves her and also got an affirmative from his mum. His mum loves this babe and wanted her as a Daughter in law

September last year(like 2months later) the girl visited him, said she got admission in a nursing sch and need like N200,000 for school fees, accommodation etc. My colleague just came back from offshore and is loaded,he spits it.

A month later he got a call that the lady's bride price has been paid. He calls her and she denies then suddenly out of reach. He call tire. He later got a lot of calls from his cousins at villa to confirm her traditional and wedding.

Months later the girl called and said she's sorry but needed the cash for her traditional marriage.

The guy wanted to ask for repay but didn't so as not to go against his mum's advice.

Personally i think he should collect his money back. What's ur take?
Christianity EtcRe: Testimonies On Why We Stopped Tithing Here by Abmarshalo(m): 2:27pm On Oct 06, 2013
In Malachi 3v10, God commanded that we should bring forth our tithes. Remmember that when you pay your tithe, 3 things happen:
1- God will open the gates of heaven and shower you with blessings that your household cannot contain
2- He will rebuke the devourer for your sake like armedrobbers, and the likes
3- He will take away sickness from your dwelling.

Ever since I started paying my tithe, I hvae not fallen ill not even any mamber of my family, we have never seen sorrow, God has been blessing us.

So for those of you who will prefer to use more that 50% of your salary to eat nkwobi and Gulder and deny God just his own commanded 10% will surely pay for it.

Pastor Kun: Tithing as popular as it is in churches is one of the least understood doctrines in churches today. Even several preachers that preach it don't fully understand it and it's negative implication to the gospel of Christ they just preach it because it means more money in their pockets. However since a few of my brethen and myself started this enlightenment campaign on the biblical truth about tithes, a lot of NL members have come to the knowledge of truth about tithes and stopped being fleeced of their income.

I would like NL members who have discovered the truth and have been liberated by our writings to please come forward and share their experience with us.

PoliticsRe: FG Plans To Ban Importation Of Vehicles by Abmarshalo(m): 7:38am On Sep 18, 2013
Kai and I want to import my Range Sport. huh

CFCfan: THE Federal Government has revealed plans to ban importation of vehicles into the country, to encourage local production, even as revival efforts for the nation's moribund assembly plants were yet to be visible.

Besides, the government has stepped up moves to reposition the nation's transportation system, in line with its transformation agenda.

Already, the Nigeria Railway Corporation (NRC) has concluded arrangements to kick-off passenger service on the Eastern railway route before the end of December.

President Goodluck Jonathan stated these while declaring open the 2013 yearly national management conference of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) in Uyo, Monday.

The President did not however state the time frame for the vehicle import ban programme.

He stressed that the efforts being made, especially in local vehicle production at Nnewi, Anambra State need to be encouraged.

Recently, the government directed its various organs to purchase vehicles made at the Nnewi plant, a gesture that was lauded by the Nigerian Automotive Manufacturers Association of Nigeria.

The Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Olusegun Aganga had earlier hinted of government's plan to create three automobile training centres and clusters at Lagos, Nnewi and Kano.

The training centres, according to Aganga, would be established in partnership with Brazil to train Nigerians in automobile maintenance and spare parts production, while the clusters would host new vehicle assembly plants.

The President said that the reform in the rail, airport and the maritime sectors were aimed at gaining the confidence of investors and to empower Nigerians.

The government's policy of economic inclusion, according to him, was designed to empower the less privileged and the unemployed through opportunities in agriculture and skills acquisitions.

"We can emphatically say that as a result of our economic policy, there have been significant improvement in our economic transformation drive," Jonathan said.

Says Church gets N11m in two instalments

Popular pentecostal church with headquarters in Ota, Living Faith Church has been named as one of the beneficiaries of the N150 million over which Colonel Robert  Ahangba (N/9827) was convicted on Tuesday by an Army Court Martial for allegedly defrauding the government of Bayelsa State.

The Army officer was alleged to have used the name of the late National Security Adviser, General Andrew Owoye Azazi to swing the deal during the administration of former governor of Bayelsa, Timipre Sylva.

Speaking while delivering judgement on a four count charge prefered against the Colonel, President of the court martial, Brig.Gen. Edward Nze said that the officer donated N11 million to the church in two instalments of N9 million and N2 million.

Other beneficiaries of the Colonel’s largesse were two messengers in the Bayelsa State Government House who were allegedly given N500,000 each, an Army officer who he gave N5 million for welfare and an unknown lady who met him in a bank where he allegedly directed that she should be given N8 million.

Giving more insight on how the money was disbursed, General Edward Nze said
“The sum of N25,000,000 was traced to Account number: 0000775163 in Union Bank. The sum of N30,790,000 was traced to Account Number: 0000730707 in Union Bank and N29,500,000 traced to Account number 0001800406 also in Union Bank. In First Bank, the sum of N48,055,654 was traced to Account Number 2011252278 and in First Bank Registrars the sum of N13.5 million was also traced”.

We went for an outreach program today and at the end, we went to visit our brother whom just returned from LASUTH Ikeja.

He gave us a lengthy testimony of how God healed him and how people were dying all around him in same ward. He said that there are some MARKED BEDS that anybody that lays on such bed dies before day break.

A woman who was at the hospital also testified a rather revealing and shocking story of a guy that came to admit his brother. She said while they were awake, she noticed the guy was shaking and when she asked what the problem was, the guy narrated how he saw an old man who was on Oxygen in the ICU turned into a cat and was hopping from one bed to another and they cat nearly hopped on his own brothers bed, but when the cat saw him, the cat went away and returned back as a living human. The next day,3 of the patients on those beds died. He was terrified and could not sleep. Later his brother was taken to another ward and later he lost his brothers. The old man that was on Oxygen later regained consciousness and was discharged 3days later.

Please my people we need to be prayerful as some Doctors and nurses are occultic people.
