its your original waec cert and eligibility letter photocopies are not accepted.I think its per doc but if u have ur cert no need to do it for statements.

I just came out of the embassy and I was told to come back 2 weeks later to collect my passport. I asked her if I am to come with anything, she said no.
So, what does that mean?

to b honest I can't say anything to you now. you've done your part I believe u shld leave the rest to God. don't forget to go with your educational documents for legalization and your birth cert when you go for collection.its #6000 per doc ... u wld need them in Poland.good luck man.

@Abnur, please the flight booking is just the reservation, ryt? Did you make any accomodation arrangement before the interview? will they ask of accoimmodation? Apart from all the requirement we've seen so far on the internet is there any other wisdom needed for a successfull interview?

yes its just reservation.do it a day or two before ur appointment date. yes accommodation reservation is part of it ask ur university to send some kind of detailed confirmation of ur accommodation and if u are booking it urself just go with a printed proof of reservation. apart from the requirements I think the wisdom is in one's account.from my point of view its not about what you have now in it, its about how uve been managing the account how money has been flowing in and out. and also if you have any house or land document take it along it will be helpful..

i just filled the Schengen registration form, after selecting the date it went to a form which i filled, but there was no confirmation after clicking save or any page to print out neither was any date given.

what you should do is check if there is an appointment date. since you are coming for studies I assume you hv no time to linger on which 1 you should pick if its the schengen visa appointment date you c click on it and it wld direct you to a form this also applies to the national visa.I've said this b4 don't click on national visa fill in form or schengen visa fill in form it is for those who already have an appointment date .u should click on national visa register form there u wld get to c if there is an appointment date available. hope this clears it up for you.

to authenticate your docs u can send some1 cuz authentication is only done at abuja
educational documents-ministry of edu for seal and signature then to the ministry of foreign affairs for seal and signatures too.
other documents to the ministry of foreign affairs for seal and signature. but some wld need to be taken to the notary public before taking to ministry of FA
u re planning to resume next year your processing should start immediately after uve been admitted.
yes he can indicate that he's ur sponsor as long as there are documents to back it up
the other things.. it wld b better if u go through their website..if there's anything unclear to u then u can ask and some1 wld answer..

Note-goto national Visa register form that is where u wld get an appointment date.

You might want to ask your school if you're allowed to resume maybe a week after the first.

The form you filled must have been a template form

You won't be able to get an appointment with that

I've been waiting since the beginning of August, then I decided to go to the embassy. And I met the security guard there

He asked me to fill a template form online and print (like the one you filled)

And submit to him
I got an appointment the next week and he charged me under 10k for it anyways
It might be too late to get a date (that would 'enable' you to collect your visa before the 1st)

Thank you bro. My certificate and eligibility letter has been signed and sealed by both ministries. My Birth certificate has also been legalized at the MFA.

I hope it wouldn't take three weeks like its stated on the website.

my broda I kept emphasizing that u shld not boda ur self wit national Visa fill in form ...u can't get an appointment date through there ..they hv released an appointment date for next week already and its showing lack of available date till 15th
b checking national visa register form ...if there is an appointment date u wld c it in some kind of column click on it and it wld direct u to d real form to fill...b very vigilant and watch out for upper week.am not sure bt it might be for on the 22nd.

K..sounds nice ...did the consular tell u dat u ve been granted...I ve not legalized my docs dats wat is still holding me back ...on the collection date I submitted the documents but there was a problem with the docs the MFA did not sign at the back of the original.so I ws told to contact the embassy through e mail after I correct d problem... I sent various emails since 17th of last month, called the embassy bt there was still no reply so I had to postpone my flight... I plan on booking the appointment for next week through their site... make sure u gather all your educational docs and ensure that they ve been signed and sealed by the two ministries ...also take ur birth cert to the MFA for legalization.. u wld need it in Poland so legalize it also at the embassy..it usually takes 2weeks from the day of submission..

since they are saying lack of available date to 8th it means there is no appointment date yet ...if there is an appointment the date wld be in some kind of column which u wld b asked to choose after clicking on it it wld direct u to d form to fill ...don't bother your self with dat National Visa - Fill in form

yes fill the guardian's names i.e those that wrote a consent letter for the guy and are sponsoring him..about the ticket, make d reservation one or two days b4 d appointment date..if u re to book next month the return flight won't exceed 31-08-2016 consider this before writing the intended date of departure from Poland . about the guardians following him, I believe u can apply for the appointment all on one form (national visa form)..a guard at the embassy said that.. tho I don't know much about it but am sure since he's a minor applying for the guardians on the same form is easier and faster.. if u reside at abuja u could go to the embassy to confirm that... but u can also apply for a schengen visa for them after he has been granted visa .
