The duration write it in correspondence to your return flight ticket and make sure the intended date of return corresponds also ...it might not be up to 365 days don't worry the counselor wld issue a 365 days visa if u re to be granted.
About the Minor stuff.. there is a page which requests that u fill in the details of ur legal guardian if u re a minor.. fill in that space and get the guardian to sign the form. u re a minor u have a high chance of being granted.

Edit: one more thing bro, how'd you book a return ticket?, and which Airline?

I booked online using Lufthansa airlines. if you are to book now u would book for round trip and do it a day or two before ur appointment date.

click on flights ,make sure it's on round trip change the state and date to ur preference note: if u re booking this month the return flight won't exceed 31 July 2016
click search then choose which airline u prefer click book flight fill in ur details accurately and print . do that in a cafe bt u can practice wif ur phone.

if it's Visa you wld need at least one of ur parents and a letter of consent with their national passports. but if its legalization alone it means u ve been granted a Visa so its not compulsory for them to appear.

For the documents done at the ministry of education, the person that signed didn't write that he/she is the one that did.

Is this necessary for docs. Done at the ministry of education or foreign Affairs because going back to the ministry of education just for the person who signed to write that he or she signed it might take me another one or two days.

u don't need to ..the person just needs to sign on the seal.
it's at the min of foreign affairs that the person writes at the back after sealing and signing.I too don't like that min of education's wahala ...b4 I did mine dey were complaining of lack of light for more than a week.

School Testimonial.

your school testimonials and waec should be taken to the ministry of education 1st for attestation. then u would take it to the min of foreign affairs. after that return it to the ministry of edu for eligibility letter u can also take the eligibility letter to the ministry of foreign affairs if u wish to legalize it at the polish embassy.
then take ur Letter of consent to a public notary after that take the letter, ur medical cert and birth cert to the ministry of foreign affairs.

a third party could submit it.I don't know much but I would advice that she goes to the ministry of foreign affairs at abuja to legalize it. the ministry must seal it and sign at the back of the cert the person who signed must also write that he/she legalized it .because I was at the embassy to legalize my school testimonials and eligibility letter,and the consular told me to turn the back of d documents my testimonials was sealed by the MFA and signed at the back but the person who signed didn't write it at the back that he super legalized it and the min of edu didn't sign the back ..cuz of did I was told to go back to the ministries.
therefore tell your sis to carefully go through the process with the ministry. there are also other documents she wld need to present like authorization letter at the embassy...go through d link above to know d others

Hope you don't mind me asking. The last time I was there Warsaw was a very nice city and quite safe. If you will be living in Warsaw I can recommend you a nice hostel were a friend of mine lived with lots of local and foreign students. There is a dangerous part of Warsaw that should be avoided and that is Praga. Don't worry you will have lots of fun and girls in Poland. African Restaurant and African shop is also in Warsaw. thank you. my interview went well though I arrived a little bit late due to a delay in ma flight.
I applied as a minor and went with all docs which might b needed so there were probabilities of success.
The consular requested for letter of consent from my parents,birth cert,visa form,#12k, admission letter,waec,sponsorship letter, statement of account of my parents,passport and photocopy.
*I submitted the original letter,The letter of consent was prepared by a lawyer signed by my parents and d lawyer, it was also stamped at Court and super legalized at ministry of foreign affairs.

*i submitted the birth certificate and its photocopy
*I submitted the form which I printed for appointment it was signed by my dad and had 1 photograph of mine glued to it. this was where my pro came from,I made a mistake while filling the form.But the consular amended it for me. pls b extra careful when filling the appointment form online.
*I submitted the #12k
*before going to the embassy, I requested that the international student officer of the uni who was assisting me sends my conditional acceptance letter, final acceptance letter and proof of tuition fee payment, I provided her with my appointment details,and contact details of the embassy.b4 my appointment date, she informed me that she had contacted the embassy.
so I gave him the docs and their photocopies
*I submitted both my waec statement of results and the 1 printed by my secondary skl school and eligibility letter.
pls note they were all legalized by MFE and MFA the photocopies were also legalized and super legalized
*I submitted the original and photocopy of the sponsorship letter i typed it on my dads company letterhead paper and it was signed by the chairman (my dad)
*I submitted two (six months) statement of account with their reference letters from the banks and fully signed.
1 was my dad's companys and the other was his private account. the two accounts were strongly loaded and OK individually.
* then I submitted my passport and photocopy of data page
then he asked for another passport photograph of mine.
he was OK with all the docs so he didn't ask for others
He then returned the docs excluding the letter of consent,visa form,sponsorship letter,statement of accounts and my passport.
he gave me a paper with collection details and said thank you.I replied wif ”do vidzenia"
Note: go with all the required docs cuz u might not know which 1 wld b requested.

On your interview day at polish embassy..after which they tell u to come back the next week..forget it rhey wont give u visa..just make up your mind to do an appeal.. (any date longer than 1week you get a visa stamped.)

That's really great, her parents must be proud.
I'm about to start working on my PPL (private pilot license), as well. I have no intention to go beyond that to get a commercial pilot license though.

A few observations with this. First off, she is not yet a pilot, as you have to be 17 here before you can get a PPL (she said it too), so this thread title is inaccurate. In other words, if she loses interest in flying between now and her 17th birthday, then she'll not get a license - which is when you become a pilot.

Getting a PPL does not mean she'll be able, or allowed to fly a private jet or commercial craft, either. A PPL only trains and licenses you to fly single engine light crafts, like the one seen in the video.

Second, the CNN anchor kept saying she flew "solo," which is incorrect. To fly solo means you fly alone in the aircraft.
However, you must be at least 16 to fly solo . The legendary Tuskegee airmen were with her on the flight.

That said, none of the facts I've pointed out takes anything away from the awesomeness of her feat so far. I guess the main big deal with this is that she's a 15 yr old black girl, and the distance of 7k miles she covered.
