Are we aware the Bible says "all things are lawful but not all things edify"(1cor10:33).
What is the need of all that? That is why the GO gives us an *outlook* every year like a guide. Men of God are not meant to talk too much(and they are not supposed to give any input on delicate matters like politics. It's an error, expect God told you to talk. Take for example the US election incident, have u ever thought just because it was prophesied Clinton would win some individuals became relaxed nd didn't vote as they would hv?). If you believe the prophesies God bless you, if you don't remain blessed as well, it's a new year, all these online rants by grown men should stop. Calling men of God Yahoo boys but if the trumpet sounds now, only God knows where they'll end up, they just specialise is criticizing pastors..hmm have u checked your self? If you read your Bible sef u'd pity those stealing God's money(1sam). Eli and his household received one of the most lethal curses from God as at that time "all your descendants shall die in the prime of their life"(1sam). Can u imagine, so I laugh when someone is giving his/herself headache about pastors buying this and that, so fa it's not my money it's not my p, God is watching them.

He was the one who used spit to heal the blind, cursed trees, called the most educated nd religious as at that time vipers! Physically assaulted temple workers, wasted a herd of swine, shouted at corpses, walked on water, when he was to teach even his disciples didn't understand –thought He was talking about bread(yeast). If Jesus was around now, there's no insult he won't receive. So, if they couldn't understand Jesus then and killed him as a result, are pastors exceptions? I'm not surprised. Typical Human beings. Go and work on your self And leave pastors alone. Some think the are wise all in the name of declaring their own opinion. One thing that displeases me the most is that nairaland as well as other social networking platforms has just become a hub of useless gossips. What's our business with MFM marriage conditions? I for one know that anything associated with the ministry especially on critical issues such as marriage is no joke. It's meant for their members alone, even still the members that will opt to marry there. My advice– stop posting unnecessary information online, stop overloading online servers with junk. How will MFM, RCCGs marriage condition list affect your salvation?

Someone was saying something about gold, make up, ignorance and stuff. From reading that, it's clear most of us don't really understand what we read in the Bible. Fine, God walks on gold. In fact to God, gold is nothing more than a construction material. Most people don't even think, you are wearing what is used to construct roads in heaven and the Bible calls you a god! The issue of jewelry has been highlighted several, if you feel it's too much of a cross, leave it!
Then again about makeup..lol. You claim to be designed in the image of an immensely beautiful God, what then are u making up? It will do us a great deal of good, if we open our Bibles and start connecting some dots. Understand the God you are serving, don't paint a cluttered image of him in your mind.

How many examples of "recreational dating" do we see
among God's people in the Bible? Zero. The category of
premarital intimacy does not exist, other than in the context
of grievous sexual sin.
The motive for dating or courting is marriage. The practical
advice I give the singles at our church is, if you cannot
happily see yourself as a married man (or woman) in less
than one year, then you are not ready to date.

Lol. Most people don't know that it is not everything you tell your boyfriend or girlfriend or even fiancee. You have to know what to say, when to say it, and how to say it. Our minds are very fragile and aren't many things it can handle. It's like me telling my wife all the sexcapades i did when i was in college. I would need a mental evaluation for that to happen. I am feeling so devastated right now , my fiance is leaving me , cause I open up to him , that I once had an abortion .
my fiance and I already meet with our parents , he asked of my hands in marriage, and I accepts , we have been to our parents house , but there's an issue in my side , my father don't was not really good with it , cause of cultural differences, but later agreed we can go ahead with it , so my fiance tells me I need to get pregnant , so that we will do the marriage , I agree to that , but it isn't forthcoming , so I started remembering my past , when I had an abortion , so I opened up to him cause of the love we and trust I shared with him , I have carried out possible best, I am okay but some hormonal challenges , after a month he text me , that he's no more interested in the relationship , i am full of regrets right now , I don't know what to do

If God has not come to the world to condemn, who is he to judge?.. From the points you've given its obvious he's not a Christian so I'd advice you let him go.. He should be lucky that you were truthful, there are some cases where the individuals have children for someone else but they still love one another. My advice, MOVE ON and STAY STRONG and please prayerfully choose your partner.. I'd also advice you to be plain and truthful always and not when pressure comes .

I have seen many marriages break up and it seems there is a common ground for disintegration.Today I will be as real as usual and it will be in the best interest of any married lady or intending wife to take this piece seriously.

Make your own money: Do you know that if you are really busy with your life and very financially independent, you will care less about who your husband sees, where he goes and what he does outside the home or even what he has in his will? Do you know that men respect financially independent ladies?

What I want many married ladies to know is that once they are married and start having children, the most important thing in their life at that point is self development and that of the child(ren). When you spend time developing yourself, even your hubby will give you great respect. Please don't ever settle to be a full housewife..at worst get a shop around where you stay and do something.

3.Perform your marital duties: Men do not joke with bedroom and kitchen matters. Do you know how to cook your husband's favourite meals? do you know how to make him go crazy in the room?

Most men who cheat are lured by either good food or bed-magics of another lady. While you refuse to go down on him and give him those crazy moves, one lady out there is ready to do stuffs that will make him have an attention at work just by thinking about her.

Many married ladies keep nagging about their husband's infidelity while neglecting those virtues that will endear their husbands more to them..most times when a man is drawn away by another lady, there is usually something that lady is doing that you are lacking so focus first on becoming a great wife before you complain of your husband's infidelity.

And for the man, be communicative and let your wife knows what you want so that she can do her best to make the union a better one.
And if you are so hell bent on cheating on your wife please do it as far away as you can because one of the biggest ridicule and disrespect you can bring on your marriage is to cheat on her to her face.

I believe that if married ladies understand these three points, they will always remain happy in their marriages and infact grow old with their partners till death do them apart. You just understand that no one holds the key to your marital happiness except you.
