Abu Bakr saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) when the news reached him that his troops had prevailed over their enemy, he (ﷺ) was lying with his head in ‘Aa’ishah’s lap, then he got up and fell in prostration.

We are in the time of the year where ignorance heightened by the nonchalant attitude of Muslims has caused them to shy away from the teachings of Qur'an and sunnah. I have made 11 scholarly thoughts on why Muslims should exclusively boycott Christmas and its proceedings. Allah says in the Qur'an 109 vs 6 "For you is your religion, and for me is my religion.”

No doubt, it is good to send lots of solawaat on the noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) as he has commanded us. The seal of the Prophets enjoined us to follow his footstep and do not over eulogize him as some had done to the previous Prophets. It is imperative to now learn from some of our pious predecessors and hear their opinions on celebrating the birth of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Here are some reasons why you should desist from such acts. No one knows it all but we as Muslims should strive as much as possible to perfect our relationship with Allah by following His commandments and the footstep of the Rosul (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)

No doubt Jumu'ah is the most blessed day of the week to any Muslim. One of what is paramount to be done is to observe the mandatory 2 raka'at of prayer congregationally for every Male. It is though funny to see some trends in some mosques as to how people relate to the great day. This compilation is not to shame nor meant to embarrass anyone but keep us aware of what we can do better and what we have been doing wrong. Enjoy it. 8 Likes
