You can not assume BEME due to price fluctuation in Nigeria now. good finishes will will gup that 30m presently if you going for POP finishes for wall screeding and ceiling curnings, rendering, painting, good tilling finishing etc. remember the building is 6 unit of 2 bedroom flats.

Don't let us deceive all this clients lets tell them the truth, may be that 30m is for carcass don't know but remember he said with good finishes.
