They are two different rom for two different purposes.

Fastboot rom wipes your phone clean, useful when switching between China and global.

Recovery rom is just the normal one you download to update your phone

Ok thanks for the clarification, never used MIUI for upto a week. once I get my phone I flash recovery straight and start jumping from RoM to ROM till I find the one I like. Been using RN5 I never see reason to yet. Custom development for the phone is fantastic.

NB: Ipaja PO are bunch of scammers, they will charge you for custom duty even wen custom did not add custom duty to your package.

Directions: from yaba take iyana ipaja, drop @d last bus. Cross to the other side & take a bus to ipaja/ayobo (₦100) drop @post office (let the driver know u'll get down @post office)

Hi guys, so I flashed red wolf TWRP and PE extended 9.0 ROM (very stable and fluid) on my RN5 some days back, loving every thing about it. Tried using miui10 for a while didn't cut it for me. Just want to ask for best ROM based on Miui10 (btw masik X,masik ROM and the EU based ROMs) any noticeable difference. Thanks
