Please house, I need your advice. I filled Lagos US embassy in my DS -160 but when looking for interview appointment, I only got Abuja consulate as there is no available date in Lagos so I picked Abuja. The interview is tomorrow Tuesday this week. Hope there won't be any issue raised by the consular officer on why I have Lagos on my DS-160 but come for interview in Abuja?

The interview is actually tomorrow by 8am, is it not too late to fill a new DS 160 form?

I think you may need to fill a new DS 160 form and pick Abuja as your place of interview. Then call the embassy to update your new DS 160 number and a new appointment confirmation will be sent to you.(do that as soon as possible).
