I'm not a beautician,so can't really say,I was also advised to be scrubbing my face with tomatoes while I was dealing with rough face.i was persistent about it though.just scrub your face with it and after some minutes,u wash it off.
Note:you have to be consistent to make it work

yes,just scrub before you bath and wash it off while bathing,but if you are someone that don't really have time in the morning,you can do that before going to bed at night
