what do u mean by user static, do u mean user statistics?.
Also dere is no need for changing theme as the forum is built to be fast, too much customization breaks dat, u can just style the current theme to ur taste using css

Its actually possible with phone SIM, just that the SIM would be in a SIM hosting server, and your own webserver would determine what message the SIM should send.

I just dey laff vankaid wey talk say e no dey possible. Na Wetin I don do extensive research on early last year. Heck! I can even design a prototype SIM hosting server with a basic Arduino Kit. Impossible is nothing.
