I honestly don't mean to pick on you or offend, but your listings are borderline spam. We know you have multiple cars on your site. An ad for each one clogs up the board. In my opinion at least.

You run the risk of irritating people.

AutosRe: Stop Patronising Used Cars by abyte: 4:40pm On Oct 12, 2008
Even those abroad buy used cars. Its a whole industry because not everyone wants to take a hit on depreciation. There is great value in used cars and you can pay instrumentally on them too. Left to your logic, everyone should get new houses too and not buy used since you can get a mortgage on new homes.

Question for the experts, you know who you are, smiley

What is the price difference between a brand new 2009 Lexus Lx 570 and its equivalent brand new 2009 Toyota landcruser?

OOO GAAA OOOO !

Na real wa!

This is a piece of tech that is very common overseas. I have been wandering why no one had it in Nigeria.

Someone then does it and he is immediately targeted for witch hunt!

Allow now, why not base your negativity on facts. Has anyone tried it? Good Lord! This is not even the general forum, its the car based one. This is right in line with what we are supposed to be doing here, to better automotive experience in Nigeria. If this works, it will be immensely helpful to people, not to mention police, fire and ambulances.

@poster: I wish you the best of luck. Don't take Nigerian criticism to heart. Progress is not for everyone smiley , if not, it won't be progress.

Like some have said, look into a comprehensive website, and let your product and its presentation speak for itself.

@the nay sayers: Lets help each other make this country better! We are the ones to gain the most by it.
AutosRe: Trying To Make Informed Decision On An 08 Accord. by abyte(op): 3:16am On Jul 08, 2008
Thanks for all your advice. A friend had told me about the advantage of the V6 from "getting away from thieves". Said it saved her life, long story.

All things weighed, I am leaning towards the 4cyl, if I can get a good price.

huh
Hello, I have read extensively on here for advice and info about cars in Nigeria. First I'll like to say thanks to all contributors.

My question is I am trying to get a reliable car for my mom. From reading on here, the ideal one seems to be an 08 accord. I want the EXL cos its nicely equipped. My main issue is with the 4cyl and the 6 cyl. What might I be looking to pay for one with under 5000 miles. What is the price difference btw the two and is it worth it. I don't want to pay more for more hassle because I have heard that the V6 engine is harder to service. Does this translate to the 08 too?

The car will probably be purchased in lagos as its closer to Ilorin, its final destination.

Any input will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

e be like say una don chop belle full!

na racing come remain!

grow up and get a fucking life or lose it!
Wow, you can't be serious. I usually don't post here, just browse but your response just floored me! This is one thing I have noticed. "Belle full" !? People miss life while chasing the big "hit". Life is the journey. You don't have to "Belle full" before you bring innovation. Read other comments on here, people coming with support and criticism, but productive criticism. Valid concerns. But you just come on here and in a few lines prove how void you are intellectually. Its obviously for car enthusiasts. You claim you are in the UK. There is a strong, profitable auto culture there. So you should have seen this first hand. Not all car enthusiasts and racers are rich. They just don't wait to "Belle full" before living life to the fullest.

Take your own advice and start trying to get a life.

Very nice presentation. More of the dealers here should be more upfront with VINs if you have nothing to hide. Kudos to you!
