Most foolish fans think that these people have money. They don't. All these fights you see for millions are just promotion cost, after deductions from promotors, they barely get 10%. On top of that they pay 30-45% in federal taxes and another 15% in state taxes. Money don finish be that nah! Mayweather is just a tool used to deceive idiots...always flashing money. In his account, he probably nothing more than $2 million.

Example: Mayweather fight with Mr. X. The fight is worth $50million. Promoters; agents, hotels, banks, investors, media, gets 70% or $35 million. Fight Escrow company after paying promoters, now subtracts 30-45% in federal income tax for such high income, state tax another 10-15%, some cases County and City tax another 2-5% common in entertainment big cities like Las Vegas, LA, New York, before you know it, the balance remaining from the $25m is now $10 million. Mayweather too has staff to pay and bills, that's another 50% in cost. Leaving him $5 million in the bank. But you foolish fans who have no clue how this works think he is worth what the fight said he made...LOL.
