Politics › Re: Amaechi: We Begged Niger Republic To Construct Railway For Them by AceRoyal: 10:00am On Mar 31, 2021

But the South East and South South have been begging for standard rail lines to be extended to them(a standard rail line from the south to the north) to boost economic development that will be very beneficial to our country as a whole. Rail lines that. An be used to transport petroleum products, agricultural products, etc.

Absolute waste of resources with NO ECONOMIC BENEFIT WHATSOEVER TO US AS A NATION!

I LOVE MY COUNTRY BUT I'M ASHAMED OF OUR LEADERS, ESPECIALLY THIS PRESENT SET OF LEADERS!!!

Properties › Re: Omonile Wants To Demolish My House by AceRoyal: 2:25am On Mar 28, 2021

spider112:
To cut a long story short, I bought the land at Ifo, Ogun State. I have the family receipt, and the deed of assignment. After hustling to build the structure, it now remains roofing and finishing.

However, I heard today from the family representative that a son of the land seller wants to demolish it to build a church. I'm also a christian, but this is quite surprising.

Once again, I only have the land receipt and deed of assignment. Also, I have spent over 2million naira on the structure.

What should I do to be on the safer side?

For now don't use force.
You have all the necessary documents to start your CofO process and I'll advice you start that Immediately!
Don't confront him yet, if he wants to make trouble try to delay and drag on until the CofO is out.
You can fast track the process by greasing palms.
Lodge a formal police complaint while this is also going on.
Make sure you become more prayerful and careful....

Politics › Re: INVESTIGATION: Kogi Govt Spent N90 Million On A N300,000 Software by AceRoyal: 8:07pm On Mar 26, 2021

This is annoying, ridiculous and funny all at the same time!
How can you use a software to track Covid-19 when it's not a human virus.
This shows the thinking capacity of our leaders in this country.
This Covid-19 pandemic was a very good avenue for many people in government to cash out with reckless abandon.
Kogi state has ALWAYS been plagued by very poor leadership and this present governor is the poorest (in terms of leadership and administration) of them all.
The state capital is like a glorified village. No meaningful human and capital development.

I Love my country but I'm very ashamed of our leaders!

BelovedSaint:
Let me become more annoying and stupid only to you.

Keep on with your foolishness, with this your shitty attitude, no one will wanna read or follow your story.
If you're that good you won't be leeching off others trying to promote yourself.
This is absolutely the last time I'll reply you, I won't be a party towards destroying this beautiful thread and story by engaging you in your stupidity.
If you like spam the whole thread, it won't make anyone read your shitty story or visit your site. You'll only make the thread more popular.

BelovedSaint that's senseless..... tongue

This clearly shows that they're all after their pockets and selfish interests and not the interest of the country or their people.

The legislative arm of government should be made part time!

It's a total rip off and a waste!
