I became scared. I kept picturing suicide. I was scared of my thoughts cause mehnn I was going way too far... I checked my blood pressure and the result wasn't encouraging at all...The man who checked it was shocked sef cause he said I always look happy, bright, full of life and joy..what could be wrong?? What are you thinking about, small girl?

I realized I was destroying myself and my potentials so I decided to pick myself up and be strong as always. I read books, I played with little kids(that helped a lot), did few things I love doing, went out, embraced life.

My problem isn't solved yet and I can't say if I'm out of the whole depression stuff, but I feel a whole lot better, stronger and happier.

I know so many depressed people are viewing this thread, I also searched for a thread like this when I was down... I'm just gonna say that depression ain't the end of the world. It's owkay to feel sad and downcast sometimes buh refusing to stay down is what makes you stronger... Pick yourself up to stand tall... Life is like a big merry go round, you just have to take control of it.....

Dropped out of school at 500L due to bad grades.

And having to start again 8 years since my 1st admission.

Coping tho, but these constant thoughts of disappointment always come coupled with the fact that i am an introvert and i am so freaking lonely in school (no friend coupled with course mates calling uncle which makes me feel old and the feel that i wasted my youth life, should have graduated at 23 now i will at 28)

Enduring tho, and hoping to finish by '21 and also hopefully travel abroad finally after 2 visa rejections.

ok I think you just describe me well except for gambling part and I don't usually take risks. But the rest part is so me I easily get bored with people I just stop communicating with them and I don't even want them to communicate with me self, maybe I need help.

alot of things make me depressed. I'm almost 19 and I'm always worried about my health. I've been having migraines since I was 7 the worst one happened last year a migraine lasted for 2 months. Another problem now is I have visual snow which makes me see afterimages all the time. I also have double vision and I also have tinnitus. I have scoliosis and no one has had it in the history of my family and sometimes my family makes it seem like I did it to myself on purpose. I'm about to take jamb for the 5th time though I've never failed just always been rejected. I am battling an addiction with porn and masturbation. I've been using porn since I was 9 and started masturbation at 13 but today marks 90 days since I last did that. I also have anger management issues but my siblings make it worse. I don't think I'll be able to control it till I live alone. I used to be a very happy extroverted and intelligent child but now I'm very introverted although I'm getting better. I just wish I can live a normal life as a young person instead of constantly worrying about going blind or dropping Dead.

I’m very bad with money, I’ll save tons of millions for business, before you know I have blown it all away to frivolities. I’ll then start afresh with a promise to myself to be prudent with my funds, the cycle will repeat itself again. I think they are doing me from village......I’m supposed to get married next year, how can I cope with poor money management when I have not learn how to be resourceful money?

I can't keep a relationship, i have issues communicating with girls, since i started dating none of my relationships been upto 1 month.
