I think the 2019 budget is the biggest budget in the history of this nation, yet the claims by this agency shows the reality on ground.

The funding and implementation of the 2019 budget will be a very big problem and I doubt if it'll be implemented even up to 50%,since that of 2017 and 2018 was under 60% implementation.

Our reoccurring expenditures is out weighting our capital expenditures, a big danger for true sustainable development.

So many MDA's ought to be merged or scraped and the cost of governance reduce for use to meet up significant with the budget implementation, in terms of capital and human development.

It's very easy to blame PDP for the "alleged" 16 years of misrule but cannot give credence to them for their laudable achievements.

All you mentioned such as battered economy, Boko Haram, Fulani herdsmen, corruption and looting, militancy, pipeline vandalism, political thuggery, high hunger/poverty rates, frustration, high rate of unemployment, high mortality rate, nepotism and gross human rights violations, has been the trademark/hallmark of this APC led administration.
Why are you trying to give the glory to PDP, when the truth is so obvious?

Anyway it's APC nature to always find a way to shift the blame; blame everyone, anyone and everything aside themselves for their gross incompetence and under performance.

I support Fayose on this one. Let him prove to Nigerians that his claims on security are real by starting his campaign in Zamfara or Sokoto.
