SpencerForbes: From the little digging I've done, I've realized budaatum is simply a Nigerian lady who craves covert attention but avoids the typical 'popular' label. It isn’t a confusion of character; she just prefers her fame on the subtle side. I wouldn’t call it a personality contradiction; she simply enjoys the spotlight as long as it isn't too bright. She’s different and clearly enjoys being low-key yet noticed. Good for you, who is deepsight? |

KobolanderSegun: Turning the other seek is simply a Strategy for Peace. Human beings are at various mental levels, when dealing with people who find it hard to grapple with information you need to either avoid such people or be willing to let them win.
If a husband is not willing to forgive his wife regularly that marriage will collapse. When a child steals money from their mother they can get a reprimand or a beating but the mother forgets about it and plays with the child.
In conflict between two neighbors of different intelligence the more intelligent party has to over look a bit because if the more intelligent person keeps on pointing out the flaws of the less intelligent person who makes so many mistakes by not respecting boundaries. Imagine having to correct someone everyday...all the waste of energy , it is better to overlook alot and vent when issues are very big. You don't turn the other cheek to be hit it's simply a metaphor for " give the person more chances " because you want to save up your energy for more important things.
To turn the other cheek could mean to walk away from stressful situations when the average person would be screaming and shouting you simply turn and walk away. There was one hardliner on this cheek turning stuff on Nairaland years back. You don't know how extreme people take those words until your engage in a discussion in that direction. |

KobolanderSegun: Anyone who thinks they can over shine Jesus Christ is living in a delusion. Anyone who thinks they are smarter than Jesus Christ will live in oblivion.
When you consider all the " Great " thinkers were are they now ? Where are Socrates, Plato and the rest ? Despite my Non Conformist ways I give Jesus Christ his due because that is truly the Greatest Thinker there ever was and ever will be.
Jesus Christ taught simple Advanced Science so when I see a so called scientist not acknowledge Jesus I know that they don't know science well enough.
When I see a Thinker discredit Jesus I know that person has not thought hard enough.
It's simple it's like playing football and you say " Victor Osimhen is not a good footballer " it means one of two things 1. You have never watched football or 2. You have never seen Victor Osimhen play football.
There is No One smarter than Jesus Christ. A man that died 2,025 years ago and people sing his praises on Sunday Globally.
Me that has not been to a Church in 25 years sings his praise at home and on This Forum.
A man that the Romans changed the Global Calendar based on His Birthday. The Romans where the World Power at the Time and they bowed to his Teachings. They never thought highly of people from the middle east but they thought extremely highly of Him Interesting |

So you think I am Budaatum, and also Deepsight? That is genuinely amusing. You need to be corrected before your imagination runs completely wild..
A person's writing style is like their voice, unique and impossible to replicate exactly across different moniker.. The science backs this. Go through my post history and then compare it to Budaatum's and Deepsight's.. The differences are stark and obvious
Some persons on this forum know me personally. They know where I live and work in Nigeria. They've also met me offline. Budaatum is an elderly person known to live in the UK. Deepsight has been around for years but I don't know his location
Your accusation that we are the same person suggests that you are familiar with running multiple handles. That is your own habit, not mine. Do not project your tactics onto me.
Next time do your homework before making wild allegations. Sweet response |

Christianity Etc › Re: Omolehin: Adeboye, Kumuyi, Olukoya Are Denominational Heads, Not Fathers Of .... by achorladey: 3:01pm On Apr 20 |
MaxInDHouse: They are all deceivers including Ọmọlẹyìn himself!
The problem with most people is they don't carefully consider the words Jesus uttered.
By their fruits you will recognize them. Never do people gather grapes from thorns or figs from thistles, do they? Likewise, every good tree produces fine fruit, but every rotten tree produces worthless fruit. A good tree cannot bear worthless fruit, nor can a rotten tree produce fine fruit. Matthew 7:16-18
Now let's consider the two symbolic terms Jesus used in his illustration. 1. Tree 2. Fruit
We all know trees produces fruits so what is represented by the term TREE and which is the FRUIT?
Most Bible readers don't know that Christianity is expected to produce a certain fruit just like a tree so who is that tree? According to Jesus he himself is that tree that the true God (his father) planted {John 15:1} so in other words all the religions on this planet are like trees planted and their founders are like the trees just as Jesus CHRIST is the founder TREE that produced CHRISTIANS. But then what type of FRUIT does the Bible say CHRISTIANITY will be?
Before Jesus there were thousands of different religions all claiming they belong to God so Isaiah the prophet said some 700 years before Jesus:
In the last days the mountain of the Lord’s temple will be established as the highest of the mountains; it will be exalted above the hills, and all nations will stream to it. Isaiah 2:2 NIV
Mountains symbolizes place of worship so the Lord's temple is Jesus Christ {John 2:21} so Isaiah is saying that in the last days Christianity will be known globally and people from all nations will flock into Christianity.
But then what will they use to as standard among themselves?
Isaiah goes on to say:
Many peoples will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the temple of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.” The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. Isaiah 2:3 NIV
So it's the words of the Bible God as found written in the books kept in an ancient city called Jerusalem that they will be using as the standard.
And what will be the RESULT (FRUIT) of this Newly Raised Temple?
Isaiah still goes on to say:
He will judge between the nations and will settle disputes for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore. Isaiah 2:4 NIV
So this means all the people coming out from different nations throughout the world will learn how to make peace reign among themselves as they divert their resources into the production of food and information materials, stop producing buying selling and using of weapons and vow never to raise weapons against anyone again!
Most people don't ask themselves:
Why is it that Christians in the Bible were being attacked by Judaists all the time but the Christians never revenged nor look for means to fight back?
That is because they have trained their conscience never to raise weapons against anyone again be it friend or foe just as Jesus CHRIST taught them! Matthew 5:43-48
So which religion today is fulfilling this prophecy? Note that any religion fulfilling this prophecy is undoubtedly the one producing the FRUIT expected of true Christianity!🙂 The irony - Jehovah's Witnesses preaches and teaches self defense. The self defense numerous Christians and Christian denominations followed from time past led to the existence of religious organization like Jehovah’s witnesses Their so called Jehovah’s witnesses of ancient times the nation of Israel equally followed principles regarding self defense and it was never counted as sign of not showing love to people |
Christianity Etc › Re: Omolehin: Adeboye, Kumuyi, Olukoya Are Denominational Heads, Not Fathers Of .... by achorladey: 2:51pm On Apr 20 |
MaxInDHouse: Heaven is just a way to deceive people God never promised anyone heaven in the Bible {Psalms 115:16} it's Jesus who told his prospective corulers that he will go and PREPARE a place where they will stay to rule with him {John 14:1-3} this means there was never any preparation before that statement.
So if any religion is telling you that good people are going to heaven it's a old pagan tradition not biblical teaching! The contradiction So if any religion is telling you that good people are going to heaven it's a old pagan tradition not biblical teaching The corulers 144,000 Jehovah’s witnesses that are going to heaven as believed, preached and taught by Jehovah's Witnesses are good people that go to heaven. Your words quoted above contradict your belief. It means Jehovah’s witnesses are part of the old pagan traditions. Wanting to look different yet same with others. Question: Do Jehovah's Witnesses believe good people go to heaven? Answer: yes Question: How many good people go to heaven according to Jehovah’s witnesses Answer: 144,000 Jehovah's Witnesses Question: Do other Christian denominations believe good people go to heaven? Answer: Yes Question: How many good people go to heaven according to other Christian denominations? Answer: Too many to count. Question: Do Jehovah's Witnesses believe good people go to heaven like other Christian denominations? Answer: Yes |

thesolutions: Absolutely. We are commanded not to call any religious figure father except our heavenly Father. But don't take it out of context. Abraham, the father of faith is regarded as our father. Paul regards himself as spiritual father. But they do not bear those as titles and compelled their brethren to call them that. The context of the post is about leaders of the Christian faith fighting for the joint Christian faith and not just for their denominations. But how can they when they consider themselves more Christian than other denominations. The below is hitting thr nail on the head. Nice one. But how can they when they consider themselves more Christian than other denominations |
