You give them information, information that without you they will never know, they will put their people's names, all their aides will add theirs and if have a little kindness, they will put your name on number 6 and send, agency will carry first two or three names on the list bcuz no be senator papa get the organization, you loose out, later they will tell you they can't recommend only you it must be a list of names, ma no even talk bcuz I dey vex, this is first hand experience.

Is not everywhere that programme analyst can work nan, but e.g. Accountant can work in any and every establishment, so P.analyst limited options too.

Another e.g. is Civil engineer, can originally work or meant to work in ministries of works, water, agric, housing, environment but his still not a pool officer but if he is employed as procurement officer he automatically becomes a pool officer being managed by BPP and Bureau of Public Procurement can send him to any government establishment to work such as other ministries as health, education, trade/investment, transport, blue economy, aviation, defence, interior and so on.

Those are mostly Admin staff/stock verifiers, the benefits are if you lucky to be posted to a juicy ministry, they don't post them to parastatals or agencies like Accountant/Auditors.

Accountants/Auditors have more opportunities to make it big because they can be posted to anywhere.

This the best decision you will ever make if only you are an Accountant, because working in Accountant General's or Auditor Gen office you become a pool accountant or auditor that can be posted to work in any Ministry, Department or Agency in Nigeria including the presidency or national assembly. Again for clarity, because being a pool officer means you overseeing and managing a pool of resources, such as personnel or finances, you can work anywhere, some places 4yrs, 5yrs before you recall to AG office to work there directly or still posted out.

Capturing ranges from as you are documenting to anytime between 6months, depending on the MDA, for some immediately same week you documented, some 2 months even e.g. a friend who got ferma job 3 yrs ago documented April and did Ippis capturing October same year. So once you documented you wait till when Ippis people are ready to capture. Some after documentation, you resume work self fully without capturing just like the case my friend until time Ippis people are ready for your organization.

NERC, NPA, PTDf all have good allowances, for REA even the 300k quoted as salary is a big lie, REA is on Conpss salary structure which is the least.

I lived in FAAN staff Quarters the one opposite MMIA Ikeja Lagos for three years..I know few things about them. They just paid their Furniture grant ooo.. The way you described FAAN.

One will think, their salary is really bad.. So so funny..People will wake up and type anything they assume on this faceless forum...

They is something about this ZETSI that is not clear, this is a case of pure witch-hunt on the REA MD, why only REA all the time week in week out, ZETSI chairperson must really want to be REA MD😂. It so glaring already, I am very sure this so called ZETSI has never followed NLC to protest the hardship faced by Nigerians
