We have not had power for the past 2 weeks. I rushed out just few minutes ago to buy petrol to power our generator for pumping of water. I got it at 980 naira per litre. There are other locations that are selling at 1,000 naira per liter.

How do people in rural areas even survive? Last week, I traveled to a rural community, I don't recall seeing any petrol station. People in rural areas must be paying above what I am paying because they patronize mostly black marketers.
How will prices of food reduce when the farmers in these rural areas are spending much on transport to bring out their goods?
