A fake Instagram account of Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido sent Paul Okoye a DM claiming to be the former CBN Governor and an excited paul replied and even sent him his number. The con man then called Paul asking him to help send 5 million naira to a friend as he was having issues with his online banking and this according to Paul was what gave him away.

Paul Okoye took to his Instagram page to share a the story and a screenshot of their direct messages. Read below.

A 20-year-old man has been arrested by the Kano State police command for impersonating the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II.
The suspect who uses the verified Instagram page to deceive members of the public, was arrested after months of manhunt and he is now helping the police in their investigation.

Green Sheriff personnel on Thursday morning, ordered a lady to clear refuse as punishment for dumping refuse wrongly on the ground at a dump site when the bins were not yet full.

There was a mild drama at the Newark Liberty International Airport when a woman tried to board a plane with her 'emotional support' peacock, but the United Airlines denied the bird a seat aboard on Saturday.
The unidentified woman alleged she bought a second ticket for her emotional support peacock, but United Airlines refused to let the bird board the flight, Live and Let’s Fly reports.
In a statement to CNBC, United spokeswoman Andrea Hiller said the woman brought a peacock with her for a Saturday flight from Newark Liberty International Airport, despite several warnings that the bird did not satisfy the airline's guidelines.
According to her, the oversized bird did not fly.
"This animal did not meet guidelines for a number of reasons, including its weight and size. We explained this to the customer on three separate occasions before they arrived at the airport."

Entrepreneur and philanthropist Ambassador Dion Osagie has been accused of beating his wife and locking her up against her will.

Osagie allegedly beat Winifred up, hit her head with the handle of a knife, then locked her up against her will in their house in Benin, Edo state until she sent an SMS to her brothers and they rushed down to break her out of the house.

Osagie and Winifred wed on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, and it was an elaborate affair. After they got married, the American-based entrepreneur would flaunt his wife on social media. But the domestic abuse started not long after they got married until the most recent one that was made public, according to reports.

In a video trending online, Winifred is seen crying while dressed in a torn jumpsuit. She revealed her husband was the one who tore her clothes. She also said he packed all her belongings and said they were traveling after beating her up.
