The protest is not necessary considering the fact that the government is trying its best to stop the spreading of the deadly disease. Let the truth be told that the government cannot feed or give everyone money. But what Mr. Buhari and his cabals have done so far is just the opposite and inhumane. At least, the BVN should have been the best tool to share the palliatives to the people to anyone earning below 50,000. Better still, use the PHCN to detect the poor and the vulnerable citizens to give something to cushion the effect of this stay-at-home order. |
