Iam having a little issue with my gear box..Camry 2008...if I park my car over night and wanna move in the morning.. reverse works very well but drive will be an issue...I have to throttle down well before it starts to move slowly but after one or two minutes it will start moving well all through the day.....I've changed the oil and filter the issue continues.even scanned the car...no code... please help

My 2008 Camry 4 plugs is leaking oil from the power steering pump.my mechanic to told me to buy a complete power steering pump, because the current one is making a whining noise which I confirmed.i do occasionally top it oil...can I get original pump and how much will it cost me. Thanks

Good evening chief Gazzuzz, I have a Camry 2007 Le. It recently brought up the check engine light and I did a scan with the following result. P0139, P0136 and C1241. Below is the pics attached. Pls what's the possible solutions.

Also pls is it okay for me to use the Mobil 5w-30 oil for servicing?

Yes, it's true for 07-09 also melting dashboard. Go for 2010 and 2011 models, very good car.

I have the 2008 model and I ve never noticed oil shortage in mine... Besides by September mine will be 2years with no problem

My camry 2008 v4 cranks but won't start on first start in the morning but when tried for the second time it starts perfectly for the day and this only happens in the morning.. I was told it was coolant sensor which I changed though second hand which I don't trust but still the issue persists... Please help

Make una leave this useless Sooperrescue alone jare. He is worse than a Kazeem. He knows more than Toyota motor company, honda and even Range Rover motor companies. Yet, he has not manufactured a pencil. Even the cars he fixes, he damages engines left and right.

Common sense will tell you that car manufacturers test their engines under every condition imaginable from super cold temperatures to ultra hot temperatures because they expect their cars to be driven everywhere on earth. After extensive test, they recommend suitable oils..

Morons like Sooperrescue think they know better and will start experimenting with people’s engines and knocking them in a bid to make money. That is the reason why cars are driven for 15 years in the USA and engines are sound. They come to nigeria and 1 year after, you start looking for tokunbo engine.:

Read ur manual and stick with manufacturer recommendation. No mechanic in nigeria knows more than Toyota or honda.:

Stop listening to rubbish advise from a small time quack mechanic.. I have been driving cars for 16-17 years now and I have never changed an engine.. simply because I found out about recommended engine oils on time..

Sooperrescue, go and sleep. Your ignorance too plenty for oil matter.. I sorry for people wey still Dey patronize u

Okay,you can but Top Tec 4200 Longlife is an overkill and quite pricey.The 5w30 AA is for Japanese Cars and equally okay.

Currently the car is running on it top tec 4200 5w30, maybe my next change will be to the AA and hope it won't affect the engine, how much is the AA

If its a V6 yes but for 4 cylinder the 5w20 AA is okay and would take you for 6 months or 12000km whichever comes first.

What is stated on your oil cap?5W20 or 5W30?

5w 20 i4 engine but I was advised to be using 5w30 synthetic oil because my odometer is over 100k
