In other news, finally mustered strength to start my daily walks of at least an hr every evening. ...was supposed to start since Tuesday but na so rain go dey fall once I chop dinner Finnish. Today ,it did same but the showers were light, I defied it and went out. So forward I marched , briskly and gladly. Was able to get to my target destination and made a turn around to head home. Naso i felt this sharp pain in where seems to be my VJ. Chai....to waka back home become wahala o ooo. I dey find who to go back me home . I begin dey reason who send me o ooo....
I just dragged my legs slowly and steadily till I managed home. Immediately I got home, just grabbed the next available seat before I fall...
Walking continues tomorrow ooo....by fire by force...

Mamas in the house pls torchlight this matter o. I chatted with a preggy friend of mine and got some info. According to her you are not supposed to do more than 5 scans during the duration of a pregnancy. Also she advised me to start doing Pirennial exercise to reduce vaginal tear during birthing. I asked her what perennial exercise is and this is what she sent:

"Its to reduce vagina tears. U do it with natural oil like olive oil . insert ur thumbs ladden with oil into ur vagina and try stretching it. U cld read it up online or watch a you-tube video of it"

Has anyone done this perennial exercise before? And my fear is, wnt it make the vjay to expand out of proportion. She advised I do that exercise and do kegel as well which will tighten me up so the thing confuse me.

A recent study found that doing pelvic-floor-muscle exercises, known as Kegels, may reduce the risk of urinary incontinence during pregnancy and after. To perform Kegels, first locate the muscles by stopping and starting the flow of urine; that's the motion. (Don't do the exercises while urinating.) Then do 10 Kegels three times a day.
Another technique that may help is perineal massage, which is stretching the tissues around the vaginal opening in the weeks before delivery. Research suggests that it reduces the risk of tears, the need for forceps and vacuum devices, and the rate of episiotomy (a surgical cut in the perineum made to ease delivery, which can cause complications).
To condition your perineum, wash your hands and apply a lubricant (almond oil, K-Y, or cocoa butter) to the area. Then place your thumbs about 1 to 1 1/2 inches inside your vagina. Pressing downward, gently stretch until you feel a slight burning or tingling sensation. Hold the pressure for about two minutes or until the tissue begins to feel numb. Repeat this towards the right side of the vagina for two more minutes and then to the left. Perform this technique daily (your partner can help!) starting at 34 weeks of pregnancy.

Am 32weeks and #TeamSeptember but for 2-3days now i have been feeling ds tingling pain in my upper tight (around d pelvics or hip bones) and menstral like pain in my middle n lower abdomen + i woke up with fluid around me this morning (dunno if its urine or smfn else, was odorless though).
