I' always fix weavon. whenever I take it down and d the whole natural hair deep conditioning and treatment, I use rubber thread to plait my hair for easier combing and to straighten the hair, u can seek assistance from someone but the thread doesn't have to be neat, I do mine anyhow. i just took down the thread dis morning and d hair was easy to comb, currently in the saloon to fix another weavon. plz don't leave ur hair like that this preggy period, always be in a protective style. u can rock ur natural hair wella after LO arrives. hope this tips helps.

@Mitchyy, uwc. that's the problem with our hospitals, I particularly didn't know that I'm suppose to push out d baby, I thought once I push out the head the nurses will use their hand to bring out the baby and someone lost her baby the previous day cos after the head came out she relaxed and her pelvis strangled the child. please let's endeavour to ask questions during ANC especially delivery positions and how to push. not all hospitals use same delivery position.
@Cherrymum, maternity homes are not hospitals, they don't have medical doctor just midwives and nurses.

Hello everyone, I'm 20weeks gone and I'm officially registering as #teamNovember, I've nt had any MS so far, in fact I eat anything palatable, even b4 I started showing dh was doubting my pregnancy saying I connived with d doctor to extort money from him! Funny!! As a ftm, and considering my age, (a little over 20) I'm surprisingly ready for delivery, I dnt knw where d energy is coming from, I'm nt scared one bit. I already have a workout plan of how everything will go, I will practically give birth myself, lol, because I already have those nurses in mind, I won't allow them to push me around.
Let me share some of my plans:
I'm going to be on my feet and start walking immediately I feel contraction or see mucus plug
No going to d hospital no matter how strong d contraction is except if my water breaks early, or if I'm 5mins apart, reason is I feel dat wen dey start inserting hand every hour it causes more pain.
No doctor is going to keep me on d bed, wen it's time to push I pray baba God give me d strength to be on my feet, gravity can help.
My MIL, mum and husband are just making jest of me saying wen labour comes I won't even remember all these. Last week dey forced me to one iya alagbo (traditional) house, dat one was just pressing my stomach anyhow, if u see how I vex for dem saying d mama want to dent my baby's head.
Mama zaynie I go register ooo, just cool ur mind.

ive been taken both zobo and pineapple sincd i got pregnant in large quantity sef. with my first pregnancy, the nurses at anc asked me to take it when i was in third trimester cos of high BP. and my girl came out at 39weeks even though my family have history of babies overstaying till 42weeks

mummy she may be too big....babies grow faster towards d end. with my first pregnancy, my 38th weeks scan showed she weighed 2.8kg u wont believe it, i put to bed at 39weeks+2days and she weighed 3.7kg. minimize ur carbs intake, instead of semo, eat wheat,, beans, fruits and veggies.

Hello Mamas in the house, I went for scan today and my baby's weight at 7 months is 0.8kg. I hope that is not too small cos I dont want it to be more than 3kg at delivery unlike my first that was 3.7 kg.

lucky you then. team august too and as at last week mine was 1.2kg and im even measuring 2weeks ahead, instead of edd 21st august. scan is giving me 8th august. baby is already big and im worried. my first weighed 3.7kg, this might just weigh ablve 4kg
