My wife asked me, what's wrong with what her sister was wearing.
I wanted to open my mouth to tell her that, it wasn't what she was wearing before I left to get her, but I decided to embrace silence, so I don't look like a bad husband who was looking for a reason to have his sister inlaw leave his house. And besides, she won't even believe me if I tell her that, her sister tried to have a thing with me.

So I left them there and went inside. I was trying to be a good husband by remaining faithful to my wife, yet my efforts kept making me look wicked in her eyes.

When she joined me in the bedroom, she sat beside me and asked if I truly want her sister to leave. That I should tell her categorically instead of searching for an excuse. That she didn't see any wrong in what she was wearing.

Then, I told her to go to sleep, that I'm Ok with her staying.
She asked if I was sure, I told her yes, that she should go back to sleep.
And then, she went back to sleep.

I felt terribly bad that my wife failed to understand the signs on my face. I'm her husband, she was supposed to understand my body language, that I wasn't lying, but she chose to continue hanging on to the desire of having her sister live with us, all for what? Just for house chores.
We don't even have kids yet, how is the chores too heavy for her? I then, began seeing her as the lazy type.
I turned over and began staring at her face. I started harbouring this anger, while still looking at her. She should have understood the message that was evident on my face and not turning a blind eye.

Then, the event of that night started flashing my head. Amaka's beautiful eyes started blinking at me. I tried to wave it away so that, it doesn't get hold of me. But never! It was already late.

Yes, fully supporting you. I have seen similar thing like this. It happened with my sister inlaw, the husband went as low as sleeping with the girl living in the same compound with them. Everything mentioned here talks about me and honestly I have been wondering if I am the one with issues or people around me, even my dad complains or should I say criticizes me everyday.
