JOB DESCRIPTION • Prepares and reporting Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually Management Reports by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information and trends. • To work with the Stock Controller in monitoring all inventory/stock transactions forecasts. • Reviewing stock controls and carrying of stock reconciliation. • Production of stock account for site activities or for each project. • To post and control all deliveries by the manufacturers into the warehouse by cross checking Vendors invoices with the physical Goods received. • To perform periodical and year-end closing of inventory by controlling the final stock via a periodic audit; • To analyze the general ledger accounts related to the stock. • To check and post all Job Sheets, Bin Card, Waybills, Goods Receives Notes, Material Return Notes etc. to the system. • To take necessary action or raise alarm where discrepancies are discovered. • To perform statistical demand by the management. • To carry out any other function that may be assign to you by the Stock Controller or the Management REQUIREMENTS BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant study Accuracy and attention to detail. Aptitude for numbers.
