The man identified as the killer of three US police officiers in Baton Rouge has been identified as a black military veteran. Gavin Long was killed by police during the attack on Sunday morning. Tension has been high since police shot dead a black man in Baton Rouge two weeks ago. The dead officiers were named Montrell Jackson,32, and Matthew Gerald 41, of the Baton Rouge Police Department and Sherriff's Deputyy Brad Garafola, 45.

The members of the group, today organized a quiz competition between ten selected secondary schools in the local government as their Community Development Services (CDS) project.

Knowing well, that CDS being one of the four cardinal programmes of the NYSC scheme through which NYSC is known and remembered by the host community.

The quiz was organised as a lubricant to lubricate the students educational upbringings after all, Benjamin Franklin once crooned Games lubricate the body and the mind and so also did Bob Talbert, when he said Teaching kids to count is fine, but teaching and testing them what counts is the best.

If Hawking is Bad, an Alternative should be Good!
The thoughts that rolled into my mind a couple of minutes ago need to be expressed. We cannot possibly allow the Lagos hawker's saga to go unmentioned, just like that. 

What is their offence? Why will the Governor decide to subject this Lagosians who saw to his emergence into another unwarranted hardship? Then, it was war against Okada riders; now fight against hawkers. I asked in my silence, is it now a convention that every successive Lagos Governor must come up with an anti-masses policy?

Just as it appeared to me, Fashola did his but created an alternative, at least, what sustained them for some time before they traced their ways back to their states. But why Ambode? Why will Ambode fall in the mess that almost got Fashola into trouble?

Sure he has a team of advisers, why did any of advisers refuse to guide him through with the requisite options available as alternative?
If you see this as the way forward as a Lagosian, I see it as far too inhuman. If Lagos is to attain her height of excellence, it should not cost the masses everything, not even the life of anyone.
Now that their source of income has been stolen with harsh order, where will this masses go?

Just as I thought, they don't have anyone in government who can influence secret employment (which is the order of the day in LSG now); who, then will rescue them? They need you and I Let us rally round them and give them our supports. The destruction of some BRT buses is not enough to still their joy no consequence should be as bad as stealing their job.

NO to inhuman fiat!
We stand for the masses!!
We plead reversal of order!!!
