I am a big fan of so many experts here especially egunmogaji etc. However, I will need an expert advice of how much it will cost to build from the scratch the following; 5 Bedroom + BQ Detached Duplex on an expansive land of 2 and a half plot with a big garden for exotic plants and crops cited in a gated space, space for 4 automobiles, plastered fence of 11 coches in Akure and Lagos.

Direct water of bathroom and kitchen to the Soak-away, the bottom will not be plastered so the water can soak under ground.
Direct the actual poo from the toilet to the Septic Tank, bottom will be well plastered.
Make their respective size according to the empty space you have.

Hello House, Please I am looking for folks who are professionals in terrazzo flooring. I have searched the whole of the forum and I have not found any one of such. The ones I saw are really old posts and its difficult to contact them..
I have seen really nice terrazzos that have been made to look like granite and the lay was so neat and smooth on the floor. It was just a sight to behold and I am sure if these guys really up their game up, we should see Terrazzo coming back to grace our floors again. There are too many not so nice tiles out there these days.

If you are an expert in Terrazzo flooring or you know guys who do so, please drop you contact and I would call you. I have a 3 floor building and I want to floor it.

The Workers do not safety protective wears.... Look at the pictures of the worker even with the man on bare foot .... Please Engineers should teach their workers the need for safety at work so that the site will be a safe place for workers and the owner of the site too.
