Bought a Full Plot With Foundation from a Neighbor in 2014, Had to resettle Baale and Omo Onile in 2018 so I can commence work, influential Former NURTW President Baruwa fenced 3 plots( mine inclusive) in the middle claiming he has an acre there. Matter got resolved in 2024 December by Mid 2025, Baale and His Cohorts Sold Half of the Land, The remaining Half I’m also looking for buyer so I can say Bye Bye To Chemical/ Idiagbon Area of Iju Balogun, Otta, Ogun State.

A Building m/ Structural Plan will determine the numbers of reinforcement needed per columns( pillars). The materials looks much for the substructure stage of the project.

Your report is pointing to Piling Works as the base, There are tilted houses in that axis due to compromise on suitable foundation which resulted in Structural Failure. Will suggest you engage competent structural engineer and if need be another soil test.

That should be like a U shape since a side is fully fenced m, That should be left with the back, one side and the approach area for the gate and wall.

I have a girlfriend who's been with me for 2 years, she's a very good girl, respects me to the core, she is beautiful and has no faults, she loves me so much and has also suffered with me even when there was no money and we've been through it all, she's every man's dream and a complete wife material in terms of character and also a great chef.

Problem is I am not sexually attracted to her, I can be in same room with her for a week and not touch her, even when she's totally naked running around the house.

I'm only attracted to light skin girls with big ass but she's chocolate and average ass, I don't want a sexually boring marriage.

She's good in bed and knows how to make love, but I just don't feel sexually attracted to her, is it because we've been having sex for 2 years? am I tired of her? I don't even know, she has never insulted me, she supports me and we hardly have disputes.

Married men in the house should I go ahead and marry her? Can lack of sexual attraction to your spouse be a big problem?
