i cheated on my girlfriend in 2007 and she caught me 14/02/08,i confessed and apologised and things were fine but all of a sudden she wants to dump me saying when i was under her nose i cheated not to talk of when am in the u.k. she listed my offences and i admit guilt but the truth is dat i love her and i cant afford to lose her in such a way dat i committed my self to calling her 3ce a week ever since i got to the UK but within 2weeks of no conversation she want to walk away and when i asked her what happened but she stated the ffg:
1. that i cheated on her under her nose not to talk of when we are continental apart
2. she said she requested for my email address password which i gave her and she discovered dat i changed it b4 the next day.
3. she accused me of give my spare email address and password to a female friend
4. she said i talk rudely to her whenever i call her and she doesn't like it.
i admit my guilt of all this but to be honest,i have tried all possible best to keep her by calling her every week and i even left 200k with my pal to pay her monthly incentive of 20k to her every month and now she wants to walk away.
i have involved my family and close pals on dis issue since all my plead is not acceptable,infact her mum has been involved but all to no avail,i love this lady so much and i wanna keep her,pls advice what do i do? shud i let her walk away or what?

Pse i need your advice?
i won my student appeal last month but am yet to be called by the ECO for my visa.
i made enquiries and was told i can get another sponsor for my visa to the BDHC when called by the ECO.
can i do this? cos in my earlier application i have only one sponsor and he wrote on my behalf willing to sponsor my feeding,accomodation and other expenses.
the person am considering as my second sponsor is not related to my initial sponsor,hope this will not hinder my visa?
i contacted my sponsor as regards current statement of account but his account is not fat for now.although his 6months statement status will be up to 90,000GBP credits and 81,000GBP in naira equals.

Which category of uk visa did you win the apply?

Your appeal was allowed in June, the ECOs have i think 5days to appeal against the judgement, if they do not appeal, within 28 days or there about (can't remember the exact time frame), a copy of the judgement should have been sent to BHC and then you will be contacted.

If by early August you do not hear from them, send them an email stating your issue and quote your reference number.

If its a visiting visa, you will be called latest within the next three months (starting from July) to come along with your passport to their office. You might be lucky to get called earlier than that though.


it is a student visa.am sure they have thier copy with them cos my rep at the uk has gotten his copy 2weeks earlier than i got mine.i discussed with my sponsor last 9t and he asked if my updated admission letter has been sent,i told him no but he said once i get that,i can dash down to the BDHC office and demand for my visa.
is that advisable?
am still working with an aviation company and i need to notify them that am leaving in a month period.also i will have to plan my trip as well within that one month.

i have been reading this forum for a very longtime but have never posted for once.
pse kindly i need your advice on this issue.
i applied for visa in nov 07 but was denied entry clearance into the uk by the ECO on balance of probability and forgery of bank statement.my sponsor is a legal practitioner,i appealled against the decision of the ECO in january 06, 08 and won my appeal in june 19, 08.my rep at the tribunal told me that the ECO in Nigeria here will call upon me.for about a month now,have not heard from the so called ECO.
