Weather you submit the first one or not you have a record with them already and to them you have applied already. The same thing happen to some people when applying for ptdf scholarship and they were disqualified.

However, don't submit this one that's incomplete yet. Also, if you are starting a new one, make sure you have all your documents and details in hand so that you fill and follow each step without having to cut it short. That's how the problem starts.

I click on submit but is taking me back to submission I.d and the submission I.d said I shouldn't edit the field. When the time elapse it told me my answers are not recorded.pls who knows what he happening
