To surprise you, all the miracles the Almighty Allah make Jesus perform were also mentioned in the holy Quran.

However, naming a mosque “Amina” mother of prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) is as normal as naming a mosque “Mary mother of Jesus”. This are notable humans that gave birth to the messenger of Allah.
