The flying car is worse, if u fall too u will still die chances of u dieing with it is far higher than with the hover craft of Zapata.

U can climb it with a parachute on.

But with the car, I don't see any difference between that and a regular helicopter, I have seen smaller helicopter's almost similar.

Let's assume that all things being equal there's a malfunction on both crafts which do u think has a higher chance of survival?

U can't easily escape from the flying car cause the blades are directly above u, if u decide to jump out u might jump into it, that apart if there's a malfunction chances of u unstrapping urself from the belts opening the door and jumping out, u would be dead by the time u reach the ground.

But the hover board, u already have a parachute, all u do is before u drop u release it and ur safe.

That apart u have access to many more places than u have with the flying car.

This craft is not feasible. I can bet on it that they will not continue with the design unless they reinovate it to sth else, there's no difference between that and a regular helicopter

True. But consider there are already ways to move larger numbers: helicopters. These are small tactical bits that might be harder for an enemy to hit, that can get tiny units into an area nice and quiet (at night for instance), and evac individuals quicker.
