Yes ooooo & I lost #12,000.

I wanted to withdraw #35000 so I intended to do d process twice, that is, first withdraw #20000, then #15,000.

Wen d ATM dispensed wat was suppose to be #20,000, I didn't bother counting it, I just went ahead to withdraw d remaining #15,000. Now this was wat happened; in d supposed #20,000, some #500 notes were dispensed (mixed with #1000) & all d notes were 20 (that is, an assumption dat all of 'em were #1000 notes). The same thing happened fr d #15,000...so altogether I had 35 notes which was suppose to comprise of #1000 (so as to equate to 35,000) but alas! the 35 notes amounted to #23,000.

Fine, d lady made a mistake but the guy mishandled d situation, even to do extent that he decline a managerial job offer.
